How necessary the Ceobe or Dorothy? I have the latter but I havent built her, and I dont have Ceobe, so I want to understand who to borrow or replace.

Dorothy and ceobe both are needed. Ceobe is need to kill the cars and the casters on top. If you can find a way to do it then replace her with Ines or any other dps operator
