Thanks. Ankle motion! - I try to look at my knee when I'm trying to isolate my ankle. If the knee is still it usually means the ankle is being used instead.
@@drumscribe how about moving your feet, especially your heel sideways? I see that some drummers do it flawlessly, but I still not understand how does moving your heels makes double-kick effects? Do you use that too?
