Folks probably don’t realize how very carefully probably literally *every single* word choice, the angle, tone and etc were heavily influenced by a large group of people directly under his payroll. When a (corporate) “crisis” occurs, they kick into gear and work all hours of the day and night to put out fires; that’s naturally part of the job.

And the reasons there should have been 'we're increasing the number of humans checking reported accts and posts before deleting them'.
