Hi kiara, it feels great to watch u after soo long, can you please share your workout routine what exercises you did, like a proper video, specifically for weight training.
If we are suppose to go dairy free. What to consume for probiotics? Because as you mentioned yogurt in your diet . Is it not triggering your pcos ? Please reply ❤.
@NarjeesAli-pr9sg I haven't cut out gluten, dairy and sugar yet, im such a yogurt and cheese lover, but i am going to try it next because i still have more gut healing left to do and this has seemed to worked for many! 💌 1. Kimchi - Fermented spicy cabbage, rich in probiotics and beneficial for digestion. 2. Sauerkraut - Fermented cabbage, packed with probiotics and vitamin C. 3. Kombucha - Fermented tea with live cultures, great for gut health. 4. Miso - Fermented soybean paste, good for soups and marinades. 5. Tempeh - Fermented soybeans, a protein-rich probiotic source. 6. Water Kefir - Fermented water-based drink similar to kombucha. 7. Pickles (Fermented in Brine) - Look for naturally fermented versions without vinegar.
You said that you are trying to keep it simple then try this: • Eat less than 20g carbs per day • Focus on fatty meat, sea food, eggs, butter/ghee, salt, and water That's it. If you so that, your PCOS symptoms will reduce month by month. You will also lose between 3→5 lbs (6→10kg) per month until you reach your genetically determined ideal size and weight. You don't even have to exercise (but it always helps). Happy to explain more, answer questions, or address concerns.
@@akankshyakumari Carb = Carbohydrate. You can think of it as sugars. All plants, and most dairy have sugars in them. Some plants of low amounts, other plabts have high amounts. For example, spinach has low amounts of carbs but a carrot has high amounts of carbs → you can generally tell because of the sweeter taste and brighter colors. The more carbs (sugars) you eat, the harder it becomes to lose weight, and the more likely you are to develop health problems.
