Side dishes is a must for them..usually they buy it or make it in a big quantity..so they only have to cook one or two dish everyday and serve it with those side dishes✌🏻
Yes, that why we have lock and lock food keeper to store them. We also have Kimchi refrigerator dedicated for only kimchi and other side dishes in our homes

They do be separating the chicken legs in boiling hot oil like its water and I kept forgetting that when I used to do bakery and light cooking.... I did the same thing too.... When you're so used with the heat🤭🤭

I only noticed of the burns when I was washing the utensils HOURS after 🤭🤭
I still remember i dropped my beyblade in the middle of like 5 beyblades adn they all got yeeted and all 5 beyblades of my friend got lost or idk my memories are fuzzy
