Boil zucchini chutney
3 glasses of 250 ml
600g courgettes
2 red onions
1 pepper
2 cloves of garlic
100 ml light balsamic vinegar
120g brown sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt without iodine
1 tsp turmeric
0.5 tsp cumin
0.5 tsp pepper
1 sprig of rosemary
5 sprigs of thyme
