On this auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, that is celebrated as the birthday of Veda Vyasa, a befitting tribute to the Guru, is by performing his choicest choreographies. Guruji had a special fascination for Ashtapadis, owing to love for Lord Jagannath. One of his senior most disciples, the celebrated dancer, Smt Daksha Mashruwala performs some of Guruji’s favorite Ashtapadis and this is her offering at the feet of her Guru.
