2 fresh green chilies
1tsp crushed Black pepper
1tsp dried Basil
salt to taste

Haha not only olives in a creamy sauce as the title suggested.
To my taste I would keep everything except the olives, but I would add wine with the mushrooms, and cheese to make a cheesy sauce.
You can also put seafood like just cooked sea shells to bring a iode taste.
I would also not leave the tagliatelle inside the juice to avoid them from getting soaked, but as it goes quickly I would keep the sauce apart and boil new tagliatelles for each serve.
They probably know what they are doing. Try it their way and see if you like it?

I have subscribet as I fell in love with your amazing production values, photography, sound and lighting. Your Indian and Middle Eastern, not to mention your baking skills are exemplary. BUT, this is an abomitation of Italian cooking. Italin food may look simple, but unless you know the key techniques for making pasta sauces, you may as well not show them to the public. Italian pasta suces rely on emulsification. This is just 2 ingrediets with cream added. I know you know what you are missing, so please watch some Italian content and you will thank me for it. I never stop learning, so thank you again for your beutiful and yummy content. I hope you take from this the way I intended it. Love, not hate.

Interesting..but, please never ever use oil when cooking pasta! The pasta will never stick together when cooked, especially when you put them in the sauce. The oil covers the strings and don't let the taste of the sauce get into it
