We are in the process of building a small block ford 1/8th mile radial car. My son and I are partners in the build. If my wife knew how much we have sank into that car she would freak out. He is 17 and it’s my way staying involved with him. Late nights and weekends we are in the shop turning wrenches. He’s always the first one to show up and last one to leave. Money is well worth it. Hopefully by the end of the year we’ll be ready to get some seat time at the track.
