So right! Watching your video's and doing the right things like cranial work, tai chi, ... will calm our mind and the tinnitus will go silent. I'm almost there! Thank you so much!

I have somatic tinnitus and although craniosacral therapy doesn’t have formal scientific evidence, it’s definitely having an effect on stress levels and anxiety.
In my case it’s coming from my neck. From years of stress and bad posture in front of a computer.
When the body calms down, stresses down and loosens the anxiety, this directly affects my tinnitus.
So yes, it does have a direct correlation if it helps your body stress down and stop the alarm bells as he calls it

Yeah, like I've mentioned to someone before, there's no room for negativity when you have tinnitus. Your videos alone have always helped Tinnitus symptoms I've experienced to back off.

Dear Julian, so good to hear your calming voice again, To hear you again was good timing for me as I have had a little "step backwards" recently due to a medication withdrawal. Having said that . . . .I am now almost medication free again. . .I am also back on my road to recovery using my natural methods . . .I recently had 3 entire days . . .without the tinnitus in my conscious thought. . .this was when I was on holiday with my little boy and my partner having a lovely relaxing time. I know I can get my mind to remove the tinnitus from my conscious thought because it did just that. My natural methods I speak of . . .tai chi. . .cranio therapy. ..meditation. . .these are helping me to get back on my road to recovery. . .I only wish I had not succumbed to the lure of medication during a very bad spike. To end this post. . .I just want to again thank you for pointing me in the right direction from our very first meeting , you continue to inspire me. Yours Adrian Dickenson.

I just want to be a positive testimony. I'm having this tts since April 26, 5 months ago. And I can't still get habituated. I have done craneosacral therapy the first month and it didn't helped me. I taking antidepressants and it doesn't helps me that much. Its intrusive. God helped you. I believe in miracles. God put the seed of faith inside me.

Hi Julian, thank you for your excellent and helpful videos! I would be very interested in a video tailored to long term Tinnitus patients. I mean people that see the Tinnitus as a daily nuisance, but no longer as an acute threat. People that can live and work with the Tinnitus, but would love to reclaim the mental energy spent daily in dealing with the symptom. Best regards, Martin

Hi Julian. Thank you for your input. I am suffering for about 2 months now. I discovered I had T after watching a movie about T. So yes: for me it's clear it is so much of a mind game. Ive read a lot of stories (both positive and negative). Right now the main reason I am still being anxious is that I am wondering if I am doing the right thing for habituation. I am going to start CBT, but am now stressing if I shouldnt actually have TRT (because I read a lot of positive stories about that too) but my therapist says it is not evidence based so they dont offer that. I wanna have peace of mind when I start therapy: feeling certain I am doing the right thing and that I am not wasting precious time. What is your outlook on this? Im also gonna take yoga and body balance classes next to the CBT. Would be very happy to hear from you. Isabelle

I would have one session per week for six weeks and see where that takes you. I would also supplement this with regular self-soothing sessions eg facials, yawning fests and gentle yoga tai chi etc. to calm your system down and to retrain your mind onto more useful things.
