Thanks so much for your videos, we kill roostets for meat and the children are always arguing over who gets to gut them, I use this as a good anatomy and physiology lesson.
They loved the video as we dont usually see the hens anatomy.

I have some chickens dying mysteriously. They all have their heads ripped off and appear to have been drained of blood. The body is left lying there on the ground. If I dissect it, how will I know if all the blood has been drained?
