And also India have mix of spices hot, cold sweet ,earthy etc. Korea and china have straight hot spice, just hits you.
Indian spicy is well balanced with chillis n masala ..but Korean n Chinese food is more like hot...straight up hot ..masala ..i tried their ramyun and i was hanging in the basin with a open mouth for 15 min ...
