I have to say.....I love how much freedom KQ gives them. They get to have so much creative input with their music, with their costuming, their storyline, etc., but that freedom extends to taking a phone/camera on stage and recording live footage of concerts FROM THE STAGE! I can't think of another group where that's happened, aside from snagging a lucky fan's phone and recording every now and again.
Hongjoong pulled me into ATEEZ and he kept me the whole time (even though I was kinda in denial at first while I was still letting things settle). He's so uniquely beautiful and charismatic so he was the easiest for me put a name to. The phrase "No 1 Like Me" that he has literally tattooed on his arm says everything about him. As this guide showed he's just an amazing and inspiring person overall. Like even just the way he became the first trainee at KQ and the way he often makes promises to ATINY and actually keeps them. Like when he said he'd go busking so atiny could see him perform and he did after a year. And when he said he would hold a photo exhibition for atiny using his film photos and he did. He also made it free and then donated money of his own in honor of those like him who are trying to make their own music dreams come true. 🥺 All of this coupled with his insane ability to balance being a captain and a performer and composer and... just wow. Is he human? Hwa also has a big piece of my heart. On top of his obvious talent as well he's just such a comforting and loving person. The way he's been the one to comfort members when they've lost elderly relatives or when they just need a shoulder. He needed that kind of love and support growing up and now he's that person for everyone else. You can't help but adore him. And so I found myself ult biasing both of them. Which kinda makes sense when you look at their friendship too. 🥺❤

Yeah, I highly recommend all 5 Immortal Songs performances as well as their Kingdom performances. I've been Atiny practically since debut but those performances still shocked me when I saw them the first time. The Wonderland performance on Kingdom is still one of my all time favorite performances of theirs (also the Halloween live stage of Kingdom in costumes, as well as ALL Kingdom syages- you really can't go wrong with any live performance though).

I relate a looot with how u feel about Hongjoong. Along with San he was the one who catched my attention the most when i started to know Ateez. He is just so charismatic and powerful, he captures your eyes and is very hard to look at anyone else when he is performing. Also i love his personality, he is so funny, i love how he sometimes amusingly rejects physical contact and makes funny faces when others are showing affection lol, i relate a lot with him in that aspect, i find it adorable cause i know he loves his members and would do everything for them
Jongho is my Bias I thought he was really handsome in his say my name pictures since before I watched any videos of them I looked at pictures and I immediately knew he would be my fav then I heard his voice and died and was resurrected lol because he is the main vocal he focuses on saving energy during the choreography but ayunto once exposed him saying he’s actually a way better dancer then what we see (they were playing n exposing game and it got really competitive since all ATEEZ is really competitive but especially Yunho and Jongho) overall the more stuff you watch of ATEEZ the more you’ll love them…… I highly recommend you watch immortal songs performances and Kingdom performances even if you can’t post them after seeing those performances your expectations on performances will skyrocket Also just a little extra San Yeosang Mingi and Jongho don’t like to cry or show people when they are crying so when you see them crying you know their emotions are showing despite trying to hold them back Hongjoon and Seonghwa are crybabies and prefer not to see others cry cus then they will cry Yunho and Wooyoung prefer to be happy but sometimes their other feelings outweigh their happiness…… watching their reactions for their first win actually explains things way better I only find this useful information to know because to me we see the honesty in everything they do
The first person that caught my eye was Hongjoong in the very first episode of Kingdom. But the person who drew me into Ateez was San. Now, the person I am drawn to literally changes month by month. Currently, it is Mingi after seeing his amazing on stage performance live in concert! So excited to continue with you on your Ateez journey. I commented in your very first Ateez video how your journey was very similar to mine (Army->Stay->Atiny). I knew the boys would draw you in and they and Atiny welcome you with open arms :)

Choosing a bias on Ateez is very difficult. I read the comment of an atiny who said that each week had a different bias, sometimes I end up doing the same. 😂

I loved your reaction to all parts of the guide! That was exactly what I needed after coming home from work. Ateez is my safe comfort zone for three years now and I adore watching people fall in love with all of them. I am official OT8 and like somebody in the comments already said, I am bias wrecked by anybody who is on screen at that time... Seonghwa and Wooyoung got me into Ateez thanks to a "KPop Funny Videos" compilation at the start of the pandemic and I will always have a soft spot for the calmness and big heart Seonghwa has (and I would really like to see more of rapper-hwa!) and the troublemaker that is Wooyoung (he has the personality that he could totally collect me too). I have seen a rapid increase of people with Mingi bias after his hiatus and I am totally here for it - he deserves the world. I struggle with depression and I adore him for taking his time getting better. Also Yunho and Yeosang. These two have been a bit overlooked in the past in my opinion as they did not try to put themselves in the spotlight in the beginning. But I am so happy for them getting more and more recognition. In contrast to that, San gets a LOT of people into the fandom (so much so, that it sometimes becomes toxic - there are some non-Atiny San-stans that don't want to see the rest of the members) but normally, people stay for Ateez, not only San. Jongho is very underrated I think because of course he has that amazing voice everybody loves, but other than that it seemed he hasn't really found his place for a long time. He gets to be appreciated more and more which I am totally happy about. And of course the Captain. I love his love for music and Atiny, his respect for his job and appreciation towards his career and at the same time he shows his humbleness and kindness and that he his human just like us. He does not put himself on a pedestal but tells us about his flaws (or what he perceives as flaws). He is THE best Captain and nobody can tell me otherwise. 😉 I LOVE the demon-line and it is so much fun to see them in action! There are some great compilations about them. At the end of this longer-than-I-intended-it-to-be paragraph I would like to recommend you to go at your own pace, have fun with all the content and recommend to not only look at their MV's but also the dance practices (my personal favourites are Hala Hala, Say my Name, Wave, Guerilla and Halazia), some series (Fever Road is amazing, but please watch the FEVER Part 1 Diary Film before as it might get confusing) to get to know their characters better, live stages and maybe some content that shows their relationships (be aware of Woosan and Seongjoong/Matz shippers, it can get quite cringey at times!). Kingdom is also amazing but I know that there might be problems with copyright, unfortunately. But most importantly, have fun. If you like to film a reaction, we will be thrilled - but your health and well-being comes first. Don't let anybody pressure you into filming. I am totally okay with you uploading four parts of this guide and I would have been fine with it being one part. Opinions are alright to voice but at the end YOU decide what is best for you. Biases are biases. It's fine to have them! It's fun to have them, and to focus on that member's content, and since everyone has one, it's not like any one member is the only one who gets love. Throw a stone in the fandom and you'll find someone who likes whomever it hits. I am OT8 and bias whoever is on the screen. They all have their amazing qualities, and they all come out in different ways. To answer one of your questions, though, that video you keep seeing that's got the sexy dance is usually Deja Vu in some stage version or another. It was 2021, and really the first time they tried to be sexy (though of course we found them sexy before that!). You'll pass out like we did when you get there, so you have that to look forward to! I'd almost wait to watch Wooyoung's AOTM until you get there in time, because it's all wrapped up with their Fireworks comeback, which happened during their Kingdom filmings, which happened while members completed their acting work on Imitation, which happened during filming for Immortal Songs. Basically as you watch any content, if San's hair is that bright pink shade, whatever it was happened during Kingdom, and like... it was a LOT. Glad you were able to finish the guide! My bias is San but I really genuinely love all of the members, they are all so sweet, lovely and fun. And I think it’s amazing the way all 8 of them became Ateez, they work so well together and they are so supportive and loving with each other.

Wooyoung is my other wrecker (with San, and especially as Woosan). I love that he is so chaotic, but so loving. I was surprised to learn, as a new Atiny, that he and San had the light voices. They are always so beautiful. Jongho is the least maknae maknae I have ever seen. King of "mic is on" and I love it. Hongjoong's demon line smile is my favorite. I love his mouth so much. I totally feel the same about him. I am totally OT8 too and I love them all so much, but he just makes me forget anyone else exists in a way I do not understand, but I love it. Ateez is the group that causes me the most guilt for having a bias, but when I first really noticed my Captain, there was just nothing I could do about it. So excited for Hala Hala and Say My Name. Two of my favorites!!

And so, my mini-essay on the individual members and how they gain their place in my heart continues 😄 Wooyoung makes such a great companion - he is funny, completely honest with his feelings, gives great advice, shows lots of appreciation, won't hesitate to stand up in defence of his loved ones, his people as he calls them (Atiny has seen this happen many times in the past). Him & San, the ones I want to protect the most. Which is funny cos in their recent guest appearance on Lucky Oppa show, they were all pumped to be the best son-in-law in the world & here I am babying them. Hahah. (I'm sorry boys, I don't have daughters, I only have sons of my own.) That was one of my favourite Ateez guest appearances cos WooSanHwa represented Ateez and I daresay it was the best choice if the main objective was to win over hearts. Jongho, my baby who is the least baby of them all. (He's an October baby just like my own maknae) In fact, many members agree tt he is the most mature of them all. I share videos of him the most with non-Atiny friends tt they think he's my bias. Which is true cos I have 8 biases currently active in the kpop industry and they are all in Ateez 🤣. For the longest time, I avoided watching Crash Landing On You kdrama cos it wasn't a genre I favoured then. But I caved when I watched Jongho covering one of the OSTs in the drama (18:34). I think it wasn't mentioned in the guide, but Jongho & Yeosang has a special chemistry together. Jongho would flinch at skinship initiated by other members but he would be all cosy w Yeosang hyung. Oh, and since this guide was made, Jongho has had the opportunity to shine as an individual performer. He had 2 OSTs, A Fairy Tale of Youth and Gravity. Two great tracks with totally different vibes. Also, he was on an episode of Lee Mu Jin Service (stunning vocals!) and also appeared on The King of Masked Singers. So so proud of him! 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 As you can probably expect from an old lady, I have lots more to say but I will stop. I promise I won't write yet another essay on the next cs 🤣 unless absolutely necessary of cos. u r literally like me i love all of them sm like i have a list of biases but captain for me is so special and i know a lot saying its hard to stay with one bias in ateez but for me hongjoong is not a bias he is my person not only in ateez but in general he is so unique.... so there is hongjoong then there are my biases like i fall in love with every one of them every day but like u said there are some ppl just u feel close to them or connected to them wooyoung he maybe seem mean but he has a very beautiful soul, also wooyoung and hongjoong are so close they call themselves or fans call them "topaz" because it is their birthstone they both are born in November if u see their personal stuff u will see them always together also wooyoung helps him a lot he even said he want to learn English more to help hongjoong (wooyoung btw has a documentary and u can see hongjoong is with him almost the whole thing) i see a lot of similarities in their personalities they are both very playful and mean but they have so much love to give. seonghwa i have a very soft spot for him he is so soft and kind also matz (hongjoong and seonghwa nothing can beat their friendship) jongho omg i don't even know when is that started but i just love him sm he is so talented and funny so cute too, yunho is so cute too he cries a lot btw although he seems like a practical person thank u for making these videos and i hope u will continue ur ateez journey and enjoy it

I think you'd like to see kingdom. It's a competition program. Ateez, Stray kids and more groups are involved, there you realize how much everyone works and the talent they have. There are also separate performances on RUclips. It's totally worth it.

Thanks for finishing the guide. I was meant to go to bed (after 11pm here in England) but I saw this was out, then one of my cats, Errol, (black smoke Bengal/ragdoll cross) sprawled across my chest with his bum in my face and cocked his head at you, so I had to watch it 😂. He was feral when we got him and is now very sweet, but doesn’t lie on you very often. He spent most of the time watching you rather than the boys- particularly loved your hand gesturing in the beginning and kept patting you when you were still for too long; think you’ve got a fan 😅. I love all the boys, but San caught my eye pre-debut and I loved how cute he was with his stuffed toys. He remained my bias as I got to know him. With choosing biases, I have this inner alarm that goes: 🚨 protect, protect! 🚨 and whoever sets that off is generally my bias, (with exceptions in some groups). In the groups I know you know: San in Ateez, Jisung in Stray Kids, Taehyung in BTS, Taehyun in TXT. Sometimes I won’t let myself choose until I’ve watched some more content so I know I’m not just choosing based on looks and talents. This guide was a good one (except for the horrible repeated issues with the computer pronouncing the names) but some guides don’t give enough to go on. I have big soft spots for Ateez Treasure Film when they went to Australia, and Fever Road, but there’s loads of things they’ve done and they all show how they interact with each other as a family, which I love. Sorry for the ramble, my neurodivergence comes out when I’m tired and I’ve worked extra hours the last couple of days as a lot of end of life patients have been in crisis. Mentally draining too, to try and solve all their issues for them. Stopping now, hope you have a good rest of the day and see you on the next video 😊
feel like the name pronunciation is the worst thing about guides it always gets me there’s nothing they can do about it but it always bugs me for some reason 😭 so many ppl say sans name wrong cause of it i love taehyun biases not many ppl bias him & he deserves so much love
@@layyyy08 I like the guides where they insert the Korean pronunciation so it's heard properly You're so right re: San's name. It always comes out as Sarn or Sen when Americans try to say it as they can't hear and reproduce the short vowels, same as with Han (Jisung). Even the idols are aware as when they speak English they change the pronunciation of their own names just so they're easier to pronounce... Koreans would find it a lot easier to speak English if they used British vowel sounds as they match up to their Hangul pronunciations without having to use alternate letters or letter combinations to come close to the sound wanted. I love Taehyun and can't believe he's not more popular. Not only is he talented, but he's clever, funny, savage and adorable all at once. Love his tiny moments and everytime he laughs with his mouth slightly open like he does, I can't help but be delighted and laugh too- it's like the reaction to a baby laughing 😆. He was the obvious choice for me 😄

I don't know if you're aware of this now since you uploaded this video over a year ago.. But the company Jongho was under before he entered KQ was a bad place, Jongho said that the staff would put the trainees in a line and make them say "Hello" and "thank you" 100x each, also when Jongho had to use the underground studio he had to say "I'm going down now" 100x to the staff. Along with that they had to practice the perfect 90 degrees angle bow while looking into a mirror, I believe that it's one of the reasons why you can see such a mature version of Jongho today. I can be totally wrong about that but it would make sense if the mistreatment from his previous company changed him in some sort of way. But now I'm happy he's not at that company anymore and that he has his members, fans and family that loves and supports or Bear

I have to say.....I love how much freedom KQ gives them. They get to have so much creative input with their music, with their costuming, their storyline, etc., but that freedom extends to taking a phone/camera on stage and recording live footage of concerts FROM THE STAGE! I can't think of another group where that's happened, aside from snagging a lucky fan's phone and recording every now and again.

Hongjoong pulled me into ATEEZ and he kept me the whole time (even though I was kinda in denial at first while I was still letting things settle).
He's so uniquely beautiful and charismatic so he was the easiest for me put a name to. The phrase "No 1 Like Me" that he has literally tattooed on his arm says everything about him. As this guide showed he's just an amazing and inspiring person overall. Like even just the way he became the first trainee at KQ and the way he often makes promises to ATINY and actually keeps them. Like when he said he'd go busking so atiny could see him perform and he did after a year. And when he said he would hold a photo exhibition for atiny using his film photos and he did. He also made it free and then donated money of his own in honor of those like him who are trying to make their own music dreams come true. 🥺 All of this coupled with his insane ability to balance being a captain and a performer and composer and... just wow. Is he human?
Hwa also has a big piece of my heart. On top of his obvious talent as well he's just such a comforting and loving person. The way he's been the one to comfort members when they've lost elderly relatives or when they just need a shoulder. He needed that kind of love and support growing up and now he's that person for everyone else. You can't help but adore him. And so I found myself ult biasing both of them. Which kinda makes sense when you look at their friendship too. 🥺❤

Seonghwa is so special too! He just exudes warmth and kindness and has this fascinating nurturing quality that I love
Yeah, I highly recommend all 5 Immortal Songs performances as well as their Kingdom performances. I've been Atiny practically since debut but those performances still shocked me when I saw them the first time. The Wonderland performance on Kingdom is still one of my all time favorite performances of theirs (also the Halloween live stage of Kingdom in costumes, as well as ALL Kingdom syages- you really can't go wrong with any live performance though).

I relate a looot with how u feel about Hongjoong. Along with San he was the one who catched my attention the most when i started to know Ateez. He is just so charismatic and powerful, he captures your eyes and is very hard to look at anyone else when he is performing.
Also i love his personality, he is so funny, i love how he sometimes amusingly rejects physical contact and makes funny faces when others are showing affection lol, i relate a lot with him in that aspect, i find it adorable cause i know he loves his members and would do everything for them

Jongho is my Bias I thought he was really handsome in his say my name pictures since before I watched any videos of them I looked at pictures and I immediately knew he would be my fav then I heard his voice and died and was resurrected lol because he is the main vocal he focuses on saving energy during the choreography but ayunto once exposed him saying he’s actually a way better dancer then what we see (they were playing n exposing game and it got really competitive since all ATEEZ is really competitive but especially Yunho and Jongho) overall the more stuff you watch of ATEEZ the more you’ll love them…… I highly recommend you watch immortal songs performances and Kingdom performances even if you can’t post them after seeing those performances your expectations on performances will skyrocket
Also just a little extra San Yeosang Mingi and Jongho don’t like to cry or show people when they are crying so when you see them crying you know their emotions are showing despite trying to hold them back
Hongjoon and Seonghwa are crybabies and prefer not to see others cry cus then they will cry
Yunho and Wooyoung prefer to be happy but sometimes their other feelings outweigh their happiness…… watching their reactions for their first win actually explains things way better I only find this useful information to know because to me we see the honesty in everything they do

Ateez is my safe comfort zone for three years now and I adore watching people fall in love with all of them.
I am official OT8 and like somebody in the comments already said, I am bias wrecked by anybody who is on screen at that time...
Seonghwa and Wooyoung got me into Ateez thanks to a "KPop Funny Videos" compilation at the start of the pandemic and I will always have a soft spot for the calmness and big heart Seonghwa has (and I would really like to see more of rapper-hwa!) and the troublemaker that is Wooyoung (he has the personality that he could totally collect me too).
I have seen a rapid increase of people with Mingi bias after his hiatus and I am totally here for it - he deserves the world. I struggle with depression and I adore him for taking his time getting better.
Also Yunho and Yeosang. These two have been a bit overlooked in the past in my opinion as they did not try to put themselves in the spotlight in the beginning. But I am so happy for them getting more and more recognition.
In contrast to that, San gets a LOT of people into the fandom (so much so, that it sometimes becomes toxic - there are some non-Atiny San-stans that don't want to see the rest of the members) but normally, people stay for Ateez, not only San.
Jongho is very underrated I think because of course he has that amazing voice everybody loves, but other than that it seemed he hasn't really found his place for a long time. He gets to be appreciated more and more which I am totally happy about.
And of course the Captain. I love his love for music and Atiny, his respect for his job and appreciation towards his career and at the same time he shows his humbleness and kindness and that he his human just like us. He does not put himself on a pedestal but tells us about his flaws (or what he perceives as flaws). He is THE best Captain and nobody can tell me otherwise. 😉
I LOVE the demon-line and it is so much fun to see them in action! There are some great compilations about them.
At the end of this longer-than-I-intended-it-to-be paragraph I would like to recommend you to go at your own pace, have fun with all the content and recommend to not only look at their MV's but also the dance practices (my personal favourites are Hala Hala, Say my Name, Wave, Guerilla and Halazia), some series (Fever Road is amazing, but please watch the FEVER Part 1 Diary Film before as it might get confusing) to get to know their characters better, live stages and maybe some content that shows their relationships (be aware of Woosan and Seongjoong/Matz shippers, it can get quite cringey at times!).
Kingdom is also amazing but I know that there might be problems with copyright, unfortunately.
But most importantly, have fun. If you like to film a reaction, we will be thrilled - but your health and well-being comes first.
Don't let anybody pressure you into filming. I am totally okay with you uploading four parts of this guide and I would have been fine with it being one part. Opinions are alright to voice but at the end YOU decide what is best for you.

Biases are biases. It's fine to have them! It's fun to have them, and to focus on that member's content, and since everyone has one, it's not like any one member is the only one who gets love. Throw a stone in the fandom and you'll find someone who likes whomever it hits. I am OT8 and bias whoever is on the screen. They all have their amazing qualities, and they all come out in different ways. To answer one of your questions, though, that video you keep seeing that's got the sexy dance is usually Deja Vu in some stage version or another. It was 2021, and really the first time they tried to be sexy (though of course we found them sexy before that!). You'll pass out like we did when you get there, so you have that to look forward to! I'd almost wait to watch Wooyoung's AOTM until you get there in time, because it's all wrapped up with their Fireworks comeback, which happened during their Kingdom filmings, which happened while members completed their acting work on Imitation, which happened during filming for Immortal Songs. Basically as you watch any content, if San's hair is that bright pink shade, whatever it was happened during Kingdom, and like... it was a LOT. Glad you were able to finish the guide! My bias is San but I really genuinely love all of the members, they are all so sweet, lovely and fun. And I think it’s amazing the way all 8 of them became Ateez, they work so well together and they are so supportive and loving with each other.

hongjoong is one of those rare individuals who you can feel there is something extraordinary about him on sight. he just radiates an inner light in everything he does, and you can't help being inspired by him. bc of personal things, it is very, very difficult for me to feel like i can fully trust people, but hongjoong is definitely one who has shown, not just in words, but in actions, his moral compass, his dreams and goals, ultimately who he genuinely is as a human soul that he is someone who can be trusted, relied upon, and has earned every bit of respect possible. he is a true leader in every sense of who a leader should be, and it is all of this together why i am proud beyond words to call him my captain. that being said, while i have no doubts in his capabilities in carrying the responsibilities all of that entails, it is a lot for one being to carry alone, which is why i'm grateful for the ateez family having 8 caring individuals to willingly share the load.
as he declares on his own tattoo, there is no one like him, and it's my wish for his path in life ahead that he's able to stand confident in himself, to grow into his best self, to keep that fire in his spirit to learn and create. to keep a heart full of love for himself and for the world. i hope he knows how many lives are lived better today because he was there yesterday to provide comfort, healing, and encouragement when it was needed the most. i wouldn't be at the place i am right now on the path of healing and self love had it not been for one with a heart as big as the open sky who reminded me that life is worth living to the fullest, and that i should never stop reaching out to find my treasure, my dreams. maybe one day i'll be lucky enough to tell him that. but whatever life holds, i hope that every day brings him reminders that the world is a warmer, kinder, and more beautiful place because he's here.

Wooyoung is my other wrecker (with San, and especially as Woosan). I love that he is so chaotic, but so loving. I was surprised to learn, as a new Atiny, that he and San had the light voices. They are always so beautiful.
Jongho is the least maknae maknae I have ever seen. King of "mic is on" and I love it.
Hongjoong's demon line smile is my favorite. I love his mouth so much. I totally feel the same about him. I am totally OT8 too and I love them all so much, but he just makes me forget anyone else exists in a way I do not understand, but I love it. Ateez is the group that causes me the most guilt for having a bias, but when I first really noticed my Captain, there was just nothing I could do about it.

Wooyoung makes such a great companion - he is funny, completely honest with his feelings, gives great advice, shows lots of appreciation, won't hesitate to stand up in defence of his loved ones, his people as he calls them (Atiny has seen this happen many times in the past). Him & San, the ones I want to protect the most. Which is funny cos in their recent guest appearance on Lucky Oppa show, they were all pumped to be the best son-in-law in the world & here I am babying them. Hahah. (I'm sorry boys, I don't have daughters, I only have sons of my own.) That was one of my favourite Ateez guest appearances cos WooSanHwa represented Ateez and I daresay it was the best choice if the main objective was to win over hearts.
Jongho, my baby who is the least baby of them all. (He's an October baby just like my own maknae) In fact, many members agree tt he is the most mature of them all. I share videos of him the most with non-Atiny friends tt they think he's my bias. Which is true cos I have 8 biases currently active in the kpop industry and they are all in Ateez 🤣. For the longest time, I avoided watching Crash Landing On You kdrama cos it wasn't a genre I favoured then. But I caved when I watched Jongho covering one of the OSTs in the drama (18:34). I think it wasn't mentioned in the guide, but Jongho & Yeosang has a special chemistry together. Jongho would flinch at skinship initiated by other members but he would be all cosy w Yeosang hyung. Oh, and since this guide was made, Jongho has had the opportunity to shine as an individual performer. He had 2 OSTs, A Fairy Tale of Youth and Gravity. Two great tracks with totally different vibes. Also, he was on an episode of Lee Mu Jin Service (stunning vocals!) and also appeared on The King of Masked Singers. So so proud of him! 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼
As you can probably expect from an old lady, I have lots more to say but I will stop. I promise I won't write yet another essay on the next cs 🤣 unless absolutely necessary of cos. Thank you×1000 for reading all my way-too-long comments in the past reactions AND responding to them with so much warmth and kindness. If you noticed, I hardly mention their talents, which they have tons of, and the crazy amount of hard work they put in to make top-tier performances, but I've mostly talked abt how they project themselves as people. I hope tt just as they grow as artists, they would also grow and become really admirable people and have amazing relationships, both on the professional and personal fronts.

u r literally like me i love all of them sm like i have a list of biases but captain for me is so special and i know a lot saying its hard to stay with one bias in ateez but for me hongjoong is not a bias he is my person not only in ateez but in general he is so unique.... so there is hongjoong then there are my biases like i fall in love with every one of them every day
but like u said there are some ppl just u feel close to them or connected to them wooyoung he maybe seem mean but he has a very beautiful soul, also wooyoung and hongjoong are so close they call themselves or fans call them "topaz" because it is their birthstone they both are born in November if u see their personal stuff u will see them always together also wooyoung helps him a lot he even said he want to learn English more to help hongjoong (wooyoung btw has a documentary and u can see hongjoong is with him almost the whole thing) i see a lot of similarities in their personalities they are both very playful and mean but they have so much love to give.
seonghwa i have a very soft spot for him he is so soft and kind also matz (hongjoong and seonghwa nothing can beat their friendship)
jongho omg i don't even know when is that started but i just love him sm he is so talented and funny so cute too, yunho is so cute too he cries a lot btw although he seems like a practical person

I think you'd like to see kingdom. It's a competition program. Ateez, Stray kids and more groups are involved, there you realize how much everyone works and the talent they have. There are also separate performances on RUclips. It's totally worth it.

Thanks for finishing the guide. I was meant to go to bed (after 11pm here in England) but I saw this was out, then one of my cats, Errol, (black smoke Bengal/ragdoll cross) sprawled across my chest with his bum in my face and cocked his head at you, so I had to watch it 😂. He was feral when we got him and is now very sweet, but doesn’t lie on you very often. He spent most of the time watching you rather than the boys- particularly loved your hand gesturing in the beginning and kept patting you when you were still for too long; think you’ve got a fan 😅.
I love all the boys, but San caught my eye pre-debut and I loved how cute he was with his stuffed toys. He remained my bias as I got to know him. With choosing biases, I have this inner alarm that goes: 🚨 protect, protect! 🚨 and whoever sets that off is generally my bias, (with exceptions in some groups). In the groups I know you know: San in Ateez, Jisung in Stray Kids, Taehyung in BTS, Taehyun in TXT.
Sometimes I won’t let myself choose until I’ve watched some more content so I know I’m not just choosing based on looks and talents. This guide was a good one (except for the horrible repeated issues with the computer pronouncing the names) but some guides don’t give enough to go on.
I have big soft spots for Ateez Treasure Film when they went to Australia, and Fever Road, but there’s loads of things they’ve done and they all show how they interact with each other as a family, which I love.
Sorry for the ramble, my neurodivergence comes out when I’m tired and I’ve worked extra hours the last couple of days as a lot of end of life patients have been in crisis. Mentally draining too, to try and solve all their issues for them.

@@layyyy08 I like the guides where they insert the Korean pronunciation so it's heard properly You're so right re: San's name. It always comes out as Sarn or Sen when Americans try to say it as they can't hear and reproduce the short vowels, same as with Han (Jisung). Even the idols are aware as when they speak English they change the pronunciation of their own names just so they're easier to pronounce... Koreans would find it a lot easier to speak English if they used British vowel sounds as they match up to their Hangul pronunciations without having to use alternate letters or letter combinations to come close to the sound wanted.
I love Taehyun and can't believe he's not more popular. Not only is he talented, but he's clever, funny, savage and adorable all at once. Love his tiny moments and everytime he laughs with his mouth slightly open like he does, I can't help but be delighted and laugh too- it's like the reaction to a baby laughing 😆. He was the obvious choice for me 😄

I don't know if you're aware of this now since you uploaded this video over a year ago.. But the company Jongho was under before he entered KQ was a bad place, Jongho said that the staff would put the trainees in a line and make them say "Hello" and "thank you" 100x each, also when Jongho had to use the underground studio he had to say "I'm going down now" 100x to the staff. Along with that they had to practice the perfect 90 degrees angle bow while looking into a mirror, I believe that it's one of the reasons why you can see such a mature version of Jongho today. I can be totally wrong about that but it would make sense if the mistreatment from his previous company changed him in some sort of way. But now I'm happy he's not at that company anymore and that he has his members, fans and family that loves and supports or Bear
