if your from the USA and are visiting any other country the laws os the USA dont apply as your out of the country. i watched many a serviceman/woman, getting arrested for something you'd get a ticket for here
This guy thinks that all the world is the same and cops should treat people the same way. People has to understand the local situations of the places they go. I don’t know where this guy went. The cop only speaks Spanish, so the place seems to be somewhere in “Latin America”. In some countries, women are attacked by men waiting for them in places they know they walk. Obviously the guy speaking English gives his own point of view since it is not in video, but the cop - according to the guy said “buenas noches” - and grew suspicious because he heard the foreign accent. What was he doing at night alone in a park? The same thing happens here in the US. If the cops see someone in the middle of the night sitting doing nothing, they will approach and question them. Like they say here in the U.S.: You should speak the local language if you want to know what’s going on.
I don't think we're in Kansas or the USA Toto.
Third world country, third world cops
Apparently you haven’t watched the audits in the good old U.S.A.!

He was going to extort you, plain and simple.

Not even in New Mexico dummy?
The world is now completely filled with whiny mamas boys.
Pretty funny you need an interpreter in your own country! He must write his reports in Spanish!

Well, that was moronic. The insult at the end was really petty.

Um, it's a foreign country. Not everyone speaks English in foreign countries.
Looking for a bribe
If he's cop in america why can't he speak english$$$$$$$$$$$
Because it's not in America. That's why.
even cops in other countries are trying to emulate the US cops!
So, he can't speak English but he can harass people
Wants money
Nothing good ever comes out of mexico
People used to say good pot came out of Mexico back in the 1970s, but I cannot attest to that assertion.
