About Gaur Gopal Das
Gaur Gopal Das is an Electrical Engineer, having studied at the College Of Engineering, Pune.
After a brief stint with Hewlett Packard, he decided to upgrade his career to be a life coach. Ever since he has been speaking at various prestigious academic institutions and corporate firms in India and abroad for over 2 decades and has even spoken at the United Nations & British Parliament. He has spoken at many charity events to raise funds for social initiatives in the field of education and rural development.

I should save this video in my playlist and watch it when I am dealing with toxic people. Often times I lose my patience and end up reacting back to the exact way they behave (in a bad way).
Same problem with me also. Many a times I tell myself that I should not react. But can't bear the way people behave and talk.
Yeah feeling you. That's why I get silent and distant. At least our non reaction would make them either too angry or keep them shut their mouth up. But don't engaged with same frequency.

That's why I don't get mad anymore when someone cheats, lies, tries to harm, disrespects because that's what they are capable of giving. It's their true nature and they can never betray it. Now I understand that it had nothing to do with me. It was just a reflection of their smallness.

You know Guruji, I have always come across videos of you preaching goodness and healing, but in this message I beg to add that Toxic People are also people, they might have had it bad, the trick is not to get hurt by them, the trick is to be strong and heal self so quickly so as to change and turn them into something good.
I feel ignorance and avoidance of problems and people who have maybe had a hard past is what is separating the world.
If we all are so afraid of being hurt that we make our safe bubbles of happiness by ignorance and avoidance, what kind of happiness are we generating.
I think Forgiveness and regret is the only key to cleanse toxicity of people, because at the end of the day, Karma will weigh more than happiness, and then on judgement day the ignorance and avoidance will become the dying regret of such happy people.
