I feel for you and your mother. It broke my heart when my grandmother passed away from dementia in February 2017. She was an ordained Baptist minister and missionary, who was born and raised in the United States. My mother pointed out that one consolation was that my grandmother’s dementia set in before she was able to witness what was going on in her home country. I can only imagine the stressed that witnessing what is going on today would’ve caused my grandmother.

Side note here : Today , Trump in his vileness, finally frightened me: On Meidas Touch you tube channel, they showed a photo made up by Trump & his Fascist political machine- it showed President Biden tied up , laying on his side like a captive, in the back of a pickup truck. I was stunned. Seeing that image made me realize that these Americans that work for Trump & that are in his political machine are no different than the same type of people found in the 1930's Germany.
