  • In Egils Saga and Sigrdrífumál, we see a mention of rune magic to prevent poisoning and actually instructs us how do practice this. One of the rare mentions of magic from pagan times that actually gives clear instructions about how to practice it.

I cannot help but wonder about the connection of blood and life force as it is applied to runes. The blood giving life and spirit to the runes.

Interesting :) will you be recording and sharing your disblot in the coming week? I'll be doing an offering of good whiskey to odin and thor. Thor for his protection in these trying times and odin for all the wisdom he has graced me with (That includes finding your channel!)

I'm confused about the runes. Some say Rune magic is modern paganism not historical. Is it just an alphabet?
