It's easy to see why the actress for the Cassie Lang character would leave Disney/Marvel and move on to something else.
However, Warner Bros./DC is extremely unlikely to be any better.
If you look at Disney entertainment, it is obvious that their goal is to make every show they have centered around young teenage girls who dabble in witchcraft in generic settings. This is their entire live show catalog. STAR WARS is no different under Lucasfilm/Disney.

Meanwhile, Pride Month/honeymoon is over for Lucasfilm and the bean counters will be counting the cost. Marketing are already made scapegoats and have their Phillips for the Disaster that is The Acolyte. I don't think it will end there either, if there is any justice Headland will be for the chop.
