this is the problem in GTA5, Rockstar messed up the codes, animals can report your crime to police, so be aware of birds. also suppressor in GTA5 is useless due to typo in codes. all of this can be fixed in 5 minutes
And this is just the tip of the surface. Driver tracks crossing each other so much that made people believe Rockstar coded peds to try to hit them while driving. Enemies conveniently buying time on selling missions, all because Rockstar forgot to code them driving towards you. Instead they just spawn them, set them as hostiles towards you and cross their fingers to see if they're gonna be inteligent enough to reach the player. And if I had to write every single bug that happens because of de-sync my phone would run out of battery.
