Start Timer Function | Blender Geometry Nodes

  • In this video, I will create a timer function that we can use to trigger events in geometry nodes. Using it you will be able to trigger an effect you created inside geometry nodes in a given frame. you can make it last a certain duration and also control the effect parameters during that period.

    Do you think it would be possible to do the same based on proximity. Using the proximity as a trigger instead of a fixed frame start point.

      yes, you can either use vector math>distance or geometry proximity node to create a trigger
