How to Uninstall ANSYS Software

For anyone looking to uninstall ANSYS who might not know where its installed, I found it easiest to search for an ansys application in the windows searchbar (such as APDL or Workbench) and then right click the result and choose "open in location". That'll take you directly to where the files are
