  • In this video we demonstrate how to create a spacer for an albuterol MDI from a plastic water bottle. This is an excellent work around when you need an MDI spacer in a low resource environment.

    God bless you and your team on this mission . I was having heart issues and wanted to see what it was like to receive treatment in the ER and your videos popped up . I learned a lot through the dr you treated on your channel .

    Great idea! I also used a water bottle as a sharps container in the Philippines after typhoon Haiyan. Just cut off the top part, invert it into the bottle

    Doc what is the advantage of this? Why not just use it orally? This why some dosage goes out from the edges of the bottle.

      Because inhaling directly from the inhaler is often very difficult for small children
