    But how do you go about this in order to rank well in Google and just to make sure that the site is still showing correct information to the readers?
    I have a list of good tips for you that will help you do this right. It's not that hard but there are some important pitfalls to be aware of as well as a few shortcuts to make things easier for yourself.
    I show you how to choose the best pen name and I also help you get recognized in Google with the name so you get the most authority (and better rankings in Google!)

    This is great! I am getting a bunch of new sites started and I don't want to be using my own name. This was VERY helpful!

    Great video as always! I’m curious what content schedule you’d recommend for those of us getting started without outsourcing.
    If you worked a full time job, had a family, and also want to get a decent amount of content out, what would be a realistic publishing goal to aim for?

      I've been there (before I had kids, though!). I feel like you should be able to post 2-3 articles per week if you can set aside a 3-5 hour writing window over the weekend + evening or a late night...

    Since u don’t use Facebook would u use the pen name for other social media profiles. Is that needed. I know some people say that linking soc media can help with google sandbox as well? Thx

      I just grab the social names across platforms so others don't own them. I don't care about sandboxes, it takes long time to rank in the beginning regardless! But I have a few new tips I'll share soon!

    Hey Morten great video as always, quick question.. Should I be worried if another site is copying all my keyword research and topics but write a unique article on them, the website waits for my site to publish content then copies the topics, I have a site I started in november 2019 and now it has about 180 articles and gets 1400-2000 organics a day so far... the problem is their site has backlinks and I never built a single backlink on my website, should I be too worried? Thanks for you great content

    • @PassiveIncomeGeek
      @PassiveIncomeGeek  4 года назад +2

      Hi Mike, that sucks! But if they are not directly copy-pasting your content I'm afraid there's not much you can do tbh... If it's copy-paste I'd reach out to the hosting company and ask them to take action. If you feel like the content is REALLY close to your content I'd reach out to them and confront them, maybe the owner is not aware - if they are outsourcing the content.

    Is it a good idea to keep the website name as author for all posts?

    • @PassiveIncomeGeek
      @PassiveIncomeGeek  4 года назад

      I'd do that - unless you have a TON of content (like many posts daily). It helps to only establish EAT for one name.

    Hey Dude, on average across all your sites&all articles, how many visitors per month do you get per 1 article on your sites?
    I realize this will be different for everyone, so just wondering what's your average that you expect :D

    • @PassiveIncomeGeek
      @PassiveIncomeGeek  4 года назад +1

      Last time I checked I think it was around 1,000 page views per article. But I don't expect beginners to hit those numbers as it takes time to learn to do topic research well.

    Hey...Really love the video...Instead of pen name, can I just use the website name...for example my website is abc...In about section I can say we are abc, we are all about.....etc. Would it be a good option

    What's your opinion about schema markup? Do you use it for your websites?

    • @PassiveIncomeGeek
      @PassiveIncomeGeek  4 года назад

      I do use some Schema on a couple of sites where it made perfect sense. Lets say you have a site about recipes, you'd absolutely need to have schema. And there's other examples as well. Also, when you do e-commerce...!

    Hi, please I will appreciate it if you can respond to this question that has been bothering me. Please when I use the underserved method I found a good keyword and also in the related search I got some other keywords that are also good and underserved, related, and match my search. But, if am to write on the first keyword that I found the words might not be more than 900 words. What I now thought is to use the other related search keyword that also has good keywords to add to it as subtitles to make the article long to at least 2500 words. Is that ok to do or I should just write all of the underserved keywords separately even if they are just 500 words long and post separately? I will appreciate it if you can give a professional response and take yourself to be in my shoe and what you will do to bring out good results. I look forward to your kind response and assistance. God bless you.

      You an do that, just make sure ALL the conent inside the articles related CLOSELY to the title. So, when people click the article in Google (the title/headline) they will only find what they expect to find. Otherwise they might bounce off the site too quickly.
