I need the recipe!!! We have these capuchinos in Cuba that have this amazing homemade sugary syrup all over and it’s my favourite childhood snack/deasert! I’ve been craving it for so many years! I’d love to learn how to make them but I’ve never found the recipe anywhere let alone the the moulds for this 😢

Looks amazing. Have you experimented with different coffees and extraction methods before? Whole-bean infusions, especially in milk, seem to be what a lot of pastry chefs tend towards but I personally disagree. Looks delicious regardless and the texture seems to be on point.
