I’ve heard of Black Power, but who’s Hardy Kruger? 😉 Super addition right there! Beautiful hen packed with performance in her pedigree. I was drooling over a blue bar hen a few months ago on PIPA black power lines. Really great bloodlines for sure. Good luck with her!
Yeah right, lol, thanks I have to read up on it but I heard that in order for a bird to win a title in Germany the bird must have flown the entire race series. If they missed a race they are disqualified. If that holds true, those winners are really something special!
Hummmm, I too have VDB Kittel lines, 3 cocks: 1 Grand child to Kittel, 1 great grand child to Gold Dust, 1 great grand child to New Kittel, and the hens are of similar lines. Maybe I pair them for a few eggs as well!! Thanks for the tip buddy 👍
My VDB birds that I bred heavy on Gold Dust 70-80 percentage did a great job on the short distances 70-250 miles..they gas themselves out beyond that..I started the Kruger/VDB cross and I got birds that did well from 90-400 miles.. they possess speed and stamina that I look for
I had some Kittel blood..but I think it was way too linebred from untested birds..so they didn't work out for me..I have to go on with what performs well for me.. South Africa is a tough place to stay competitive!!

Her back looked very strong actually. The way it curved around your hand and elbowed down. But i saw what you meant it wasn't staying straight
And I think you were saying medium strength. 🤔
I always thought if the tail doesn't hold straight and bends lower the back isn't super strong
