my question is, chicks that are hatched by the brooding hens can also be vaccinated mareks? thank you and I will be very grateful 🙏

Yes they can be vaccinated. However this vaccine is sold in very large doses and that is why it is preferably done in the hatcheries. Consult your veterinary technician or doctor who can advice best on how you can acquire the vaccine.

Please explain to clearly on one hen not brooding? What is its main purpose!?

The idea is to guide starting out farmers to grow their flock by synchronizing their hens to be broody at the same time. If you can manage to have all broody at the same time, then that's ok.
