I actually do not track carbs across my day. I think I will make a video soon where I track everything I eat and calculate it. I have more on sessions days for sure, mostly because I take a lot through the session and post-session
After my first half I was destroyed and didn’t think my body could ever feel worse. Then I ran my first marathon at Houston last week… 😂. I was on 2:40 pace for 21 miles but ended up with 2:57 from miles 21-26.2… Absolutely insane experience during and post race.
