Need for Speed Heat - Highest settings at 4k - 4090 & i9 9900k - does it bottleneck?

I am also running a 9900ks @5.2 and have a 4090 and every game is 100+ fps. Literally no reason to upgrade the rest of my system yet but I will be waiting for the 14 series intel chips then will prolly upgrade.
