In my opinion the persistence modelling in this aircraft adds a new dimension to flying in sim, elevating it to the top slot in the GA category. Hope the Autopilot guide helps out 😀

Excellent tutorial. Nicely paced and relaxed. Many thanks. I have this aircraft, its an amazing product and very well developed. Very immersive. Certainly stimulates the mind. Keeps you busy during any flight. And this is of course a simulation ! which is what MSFS should be, with the amazing work A2A have done to code this to simulation level. You have to be in complete control and anticipate when using autopliot. It is not a "magic system".

Clear and instructive, as usual. Could we expect a video on how to lean the engine?

I love that this aircraft simulates carb icing well. Flying in vr recently I momentarily felt real anxiety when I realised (nearly to late) the loss of power and altitude was due to that. Not tried airframe icing yet I really hope the effects are simulated and not just cosmetically. Anyone tried that yet?

Some day I dream of a more modern aircraft that is done to the level this Comanche was. Something likt eht BM 850 at this level of simulation with wear/maintenence and the whole kit would be an absolute dream.

I purchased this aircraft and I am a instrument rated pilot. I fly a Cherokee Six in real life and wanted a plane to stay current. I loved the plane but requested a refund and the autopilot is just not modern enough for my purposes. I would buy again if it was more like the C-172 A/P.

Ah everybody is spoilt with all the new fancy glass cockpit Autopilots. This one is such a beautiful model but you have to do a little work to fly the older STEC 20, but for many of us real world pilots this is luxury. I flew 40+ years with no autopilots.

I’m still unclear whether this autopilot will follow a GPS flight plan without VOR, or does one use heading mode instead. Will the HSI act like a VOR for GPS? I have a couple of planes that do that. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, I'm currently flying the A2A PA24, and I recently updated my avionics from the steam gauge analog instrumentation to the GNS 430 for some oceanic flight without conventional IFR. I'm having following issue. The track mode does not follow the magenta line from the GPS, I'm sure that the GPS mode is green on the GNS 430. Does anyone know what the problem is?

This aircraft operates as the real aircraft , but it's autopilot is far to outdated, , but true to the real aircraft. For that reason I would not buy it personally.
