Canada and USA are sister countries as it looks like but they keep them separate from each others. So, if you look at data base relationships that mean if someone like to move into other one that mean he need financial aid because your money will not going to waste as long as some one is interested like if USA let Canadian to come in America or some one want to move Canada from USA he or she need need package for 2 years minimum to move and live with out making any big decisions like sell his house or move other family members etc. That mean that person will not work from he moving and he need full salary (what he was making) plus traveling plus need adjustment where he is moving (including all kind of living) till he find job but still need assistance untill he completely move in to other country but all that take 2 years likely. Which mean if some one make 60,000 dollars, he will not earn because he is in moving process. Top of it he need another 60,000 dollar to adjust in other country like he have travel, find housing, pay bill etc so he is running both side it may take few months or up to 2 years. But who have this much extra money to take risk unless someone hit lottery like 100,000 dollar at least. Because lottery is most suitable way to move but with cash it will work or not but most cases people may try.

All friends, this RNIP has got age limit and quota limit yearly, some smaller town only has 20 a year and it's now in super long waiting list.
