One of the most powerful conversations that I had has to be the time spent with Marshall Goldsmith - one of the world's most accomplished executive coaches and multiple #1 New York Times bestselling author.
As a result, I highly recommend you take a few minutes now to watch the below highlights from our conversation together and then I would love to hear what resonated most with you?

This was one of the best great to know on don't put value on the result but put value as a person on the effort and on what you meant to be so I'm just a guy who on journey the fun. Is that a good answer on what to be happy or am I wrong?

This came to my feed and how golden this conversation is to be happy and enjoy the process, become detached from the outcome/results.
The marketing commercial where when we buy something then we feel happy is also an eye opener that it is a lie to happiness and feeling happiness with what I have now is the true happiness.
Thanks again Simon for sharing the video and also to the person who recorded it.

"...You can never be happy with more, and You can never be happy with less. So, You can only be happy with what You already have..."
I think that he referring at Hermann Hesse's book "SIDDHARTHA"
There are no superfluous words in this whole conversation.
