Ok so I managed to do mine. Getting the battery out is extremely difficult as it has sticky foam on both sides. I took an old plastic credit card and cut it in half and trimmed so it was as wide as the battery. I gently push them in wiggling side to side until they where most of the way down. Then using a pair of pliers I pinched the sides of credit cards, to grab the battery. I then pulled the battery out. It was hard. Go slowly and remember that these batteries can and do catch fire if you puncture them, so if you chose to give it a go ensure you do not pull on the wires or use metal tools. Be safe and good luck.
Also, I forgot to mention. Put the ribbon cable through the slot BEFORE putting the battery in. Hold just the tip of the ribbon cable and push the rest aside enough to slide the new battery in.
I had issues while trying to remove the battery as it was swollen. The solution was to make a hole on the plastic frame just near the bottom of the battery. DISCLAIMER: go EASY, you do NOT want to make a whole in your battery, this would cause high risk of explosion, fire or severe injury. If you're not sure, don't do that. This done, I managed to put a screwdriver in the hole and push the battery out without much difficulty.
In your video, why don't you show the removal of the ORIGINAL battery and not your replacement one that was fitted and removed to make your video look easy? This nonsense gets a down vote from me.
The tiny screws are impossible to remove on my speaker.
