Scanguage 3 saved my motor a few weeks ago...I had a turbo Coolant hose (yep hose in the valley WK2) go in downtown Sydney saw the temp rise unusually pulled over before entering Eastern Distributer temp never got above 90...towed to GDL for 3 hose package at least I didn't need new cylinder heads...Motor Saved..Thanks Scanguage.
Congrats on the 100k subscribers guys thats a massive effort! Quick question regarding the 2-way, can you do a quick "how to" on actually calling up trucks, pilot vehicles, other towing vehicles? The do's and don'ts, how to identify and actually make that call to get the attention on the other end etc...? Would be keen to see and learn that for when we are on the road! Keep the content coming and looking forward to the next one!
Hey Keelan , I have the same battery monitor as yours and I’m not convinced they are 100% correct . Mine keeps on telling me I have low cranking voltage and battery does fail continually if I don’t drive Cruiser daily . Alternator is charging correctly . The most annoying thing is both batteries ( cranking + secondary ) are new . Sounds like Ive got some sort of parasitic drain , next problem finding it . 😂😂
Awesome!!! Consider reducing the coffee in take mate, nearly had to replay the video to understand the share on the equipment you use. Wow, first ever criticism on your channel guys. After that I thought maybe I need to increase my coffee so I can keep up!😊
for mouth ulcers. hydralite tablet in small glass of water, less water the better. swish around gums. give quick results. you are likely dehydrated. cheers
If you have any teabags. Make a cup of tea 🍵 and leave the bag in . Wait till it's really strong and cool and just keep dabbing the ulcer. The tannin is a antiseptic.
Congratulations on the subscriber milestone. Well done! Added Eighty Mile to the itinerary, looks great! (coming in opposite way to you guys, currently on the Gibb heading west).
Well done on the 100k subscribers, fantastic episode as usual, love 80mile in winter, Cape Kereudran is also good. Cleaverville used to be great and Balla Balla (not sure about this one anymore given the desal plant planned for there, no facilities but it does have a boatramp and a gazillionsandflies) Waving at passing motorists is almost exclusively a WA and outback thing, does not happen in QLD
thanks Sean!! thanks for helping us get there mate you have been watching religiously for ages and we really appreciate all the kind comments! some days we will be having a rough one and then a comment comes through and it makes it all worth it mate so thank you! my arm gets sore from waving to people ahah
Hey Keelan just a quick question I am a great fan of the track world gear and have 3x120x batts and a 40 amp dcdc and a 3000w inverter in my car if I was to buy a ps2000 or 3600 can I use the solar cable to Anderson straight into the dcdc to charge it while driving and/ or can I use the inverter while driving to charge as a 240 charge
rinse your mouth out with salty water (not the sea), some warm water with salt stirred into it. Always works. Also put some honey on the ulcer, honey is a natural anti inflamatory and it will ease it. Good vid by the way lol
If you ever come back to NZ, let me take you to 90-mile beach in Northland. The fishing is awesome!!! Google it. That was another great episode as usual. Loved the look on Sarah's face, catching that fish. 😊
One job mate, one job. How can you forget Beer🍻🍻 Backed it in like a pro, hope you don’t need anything out of that side thought 😂 80 mile is definitely on my must go to list👍
Hi Sarah! Firstly, my husband and I really enjoy SKT! Secondly, I love your akubra style hat. Where did you get it? Thanks in advance! Safe and happy travels guys! Cheryl and Andrew from Tassie 😃
0ver 280,000k's in 5th and 6th gear towing 3ton plus 100-120kph and no problem, 200 series boxes are pretty tuff and can handle it. Yes with lock up kit so that makes a difference on the clutch packs
thanks mate!! We do run 5th on flat roads but if im giving advice to the average 200 owner towing a big load with no work done to the engine and tranny and he goes out and does it and cooks his transmission or torque converter "Keelan said its fine" then thats not good haha
Yep if you dont have a UHF radio installed while travelling Australia please stay home yourl be a danger on the road and too orhers , simple , and dont be a hero and bag me because you reckon why you dont use one and refuse to have one
WooHoo the Big 100k ! Killin it team !

I drove around Australia and did it in an old slow diesel MQ60 Patrol with none of these fancy gizmos. Things back then we’re far less complicated. 😊

Awesome 80 mile. Been there several times.. when it first opened, when it had Awesome shade trees, and after a cyclone when all the trees got smashed.
What a cool spot hey!

Stir that drink with some bacon to man it up 😂
Keep up the great work. But why have a Richard’s lock up kit and not use s5? It’s a waste of time even having it as it will lock up anyway in s4?
