For barebow men 36-42 pounds and arrows depend on the game intended. Field & outdoor target would be .166 arrow. Indoor .166-.244 and 3D varies on tune and approach to crawl and gapping.

He shoots with 2 fingers instead of 3. Thats interesting

collegue of mine also do this and he thinks of it having less influence on the string (which is kinda logical^^) but its way more straining for the fingers

Funny how it’s called bare bow class and the bow is anything but bare 🤣

It's a poor sight. You count your stiches more than you shoot😂😂😂
Learn to shoot trad bows or take Olympic recurve or compond bow.

Ya know Leo ...you get a far smoother release if you hook deep...at the second crease ...to realize this all you have to do is look at your hand ..form the hook position and open the fingers...you should notice that any position below the second crease has side motion as the fingers open ...but you will notice the position at the second crease dose not have any side motion at all . Old Fred Asbell taught me this ....now if you don't believe me use slow motion footage of a person shooting from the finger tips and then from the second crease....you will notice the deep hook at the second crease has almost zero side to side motion of the string
