I so love your videos. I also love your saying, "I've got to get a wiggle on". I've not heard that until I started listening to you. I love it so much, I'm going to start using it. It makes my heart smile when I hear you say it. I've learned so much from you about using resin and pouring acrylics. Thank you so much for all you give back. These are gorgeous! Wow! You are so talented!!
These turned out lovely!! As you were revealing each coaster, the shapes were reminiscent of the shape of Australia! 😂 Nice job and I love seeing the progression of your craft.
Beautiful!! You are so right, each casting is better than the last! YAY for the blues and green!!! Love them! The 'leftover' has the most incredible effects in the lime. So unique and beautiful! Also, I like the glitter spread out more, not in a big circle in the middle. Here's a hint, just before you start mixing the colors into the resin, flip the molds over so anything that falls, falls onto the back. The molds should stay dust free while you mix. Love them all!!! Thanks, Julie! Stay safe!
I did your step by step process and used acrylic paint for the coloring. and it works :) I used dark blue, turqouise, silver and white and used silver metal flakes for the middle. Theyre drying now. I used the heat gun also to make them more fluid and used it to create a beach wave effect. I also used a couple drops in the resin with alcohol and it looks super fluid and stunning!!! I cant wait to make more. Ive gotten outa of my artwork for a while but ready to get back into it :) Thanks for being a God Send and an inspiration ! I love your videos
That is an unbelievable result. There are a couple of techniques that you use that set this apart the contrast of what I would call piano black against the gold. Also the doming was perfect, just a little extra care in the volumes saved a whole load of work. I live in Bath in the UK. There would be such a market for these!
Wow gorgeous Julie! 😍 The edge you get is called the "meniscus". All liquid does this due to gravity! I don't mind it. I just wet sand them enough so they aren't sharp. Simply beautiful! 🌹
Hello Julie, Primary Elements are water based so they will not dissolve in Alcohol (you keep seeing little specks). They resolve in Vivid arte fluid and than you can safely put it in Resin. Love your coasters❤️
Hi there kiddo. You have got something interesting today. You always do. Oh my gosh Julie they are beyond beautiful. I really love them. The primary Elements are outstanding! If I was doing it myself I would use the same colors. GREAT COLOR CHOICES. The platter would be so amazing hanging in a sunny window. Can you just imagine how beautiful the colors would be with the sun shining threw it, Wow. The extra one is just beautiful, love the lime. You can talk all you want Julie I love watching you. Have a GREAT WEEK!🌞🌞💗🙋♀️🌻🌸🏵
I don't know if someone's already said this (also, I haven't finished your video yet so idk if you have haha). The dark ones are good for LED nightlights! 😃 My nightlight as a child was actually a dark blue geode on top of a light, and with it shining thru it lit up bright blue!! I think these dark ones would be BEAUTIFUL for little lights!!! Love your videos! Thanks so much for sharing your talents with us!!!
I love your enthusiasm and can-do attitude! But mostly I love that you don't ever sound like you know more than everyone else. We all have things to learn, and it's nice not to have to listen so some know-it-all drone on. (can you tell I'm a middle child and can't stand to be bossed? lol) Your work once again is amazing!
I absolutely love that you leave your mistakes and stuff in instead of editing it out. For one it is funny, for two, it shows people that it is okay to make mistakes! You are doing amazing work
I absolutely loved the green you came up with using the lime. As you did It I thought surely that beautiful green isn't the lime! X] Showed me wrong. The black effect is new to me too, I learned how to disperse the glitter in the middle too so a Kind Thank You!
Very pretty !!! They would definitely look awesome with the Sun shining through them !!! You are getting better and better. Keep up the good work !!! 🥰 💐🤗💜👏👍💐
They are so beautiful. I love the lime green to make them a little lighter. I like how the gold dispersed in one. The leftover one is also gorgeous. You do such great work.
Wow absolutely gorgeous. Love it, so beautiful. Each set is just as or more beautiful than the last. You are doing such a wonderful job as you learn more and more. ❤😺🤗💕 and your staged displays are incredible.
I love your works! I you are a good instructor. I feel like I learn quite a lot from you/your videos. Love these pieces. With no handles on the big one, I like the idea of being able to display them like you did or on a shelf, or on plate hangers on the wall...! Thank you for sharing your time & talent with us. Have a wonderful day. Melissa

I think I prefer them with the unpainted edges better. Beautiful
The coaster you made with the leftover resin looks like a cats eye if you paint on a black pupil in the middle! Always very creative!

Thankyou Saskia, I'll see if I can find it. Will they then dissolve into the resin?
I have so much fun watching you. I love how you learn in front of us. I'm totally new. Thank you for making this fun.
