I just got mine for Christmas and have only used it maybe 3 times. It said if the light flashes to unplug from the outlet and plug back in. Well I have done that and it still won't heat and the light flashes. How can I exchange it. It was purchased at Walmart but they don't have anymore. I don't want money back I want another blanket. How can I do this? Help please!

When you unplug I from the wall, you have to connect the cord to the blanket first before replugging it into the wall outlet

they last about three months and then you have to buy one every year....Cant find any of the old electric blankets that were the good ones from 15 years ago.....this is a throw away society...................Willie

I just bought mine but it just flashes and it doesn't do anything, I'm going to have to exchange it
