Do the lights flow up when you do turn signals or hazards

Yes they do the sequential drl led bar now acts as your turn signals and hazard lights but I didn’t show that in the video since my turn signals and hazards don’t work like they won’t flash at all I believe I need to replace my turn signal flasher/hazard light fuse
