Spectre easily has one of the best cinematography I've ever seen in an action movie just like Casino Royale and Skyfall. Technically speaking, this movie is flawless. The only and biggest problem with this movie lies on the script. If you're expecting a brilliantly directed film, you would love this film. But if you expected a brilliant story, I think you will be massively disappointed. With that being said, Christoph Waltz deserves way more screen-time than he did in the movie.
I saw this movie yesterday and for anyone considering to go, I will say it was a great film that addressed an important topic while still having an epic and humorous touch. Excellent movie!
Christoph Waltz is going to be one of the best villains for 007 series i think. He gave a phenomenal performance in Inglorious Bastards and Djandgo cant spell that right now anyway like him or hate you must admit he has style.
What I love about the bond movies is they display big landscapes and wide shots. Unlike other action movies that strictly focus on sound and fast cuts in action sequences.
Movie prediction: James hunts down bad guys, reveals something about his past, brushes shoulders with death although while managing to screw half the female leads simultaneously and saves the day at the end with a hint of trouble in the distant future.
Anyone amazed how this movie is already 3 years old? I remember seeing the big poster board for this movie in the theaters, before it's release. That moment still feels like it just happened.

The next time they choosena new Bond. I think Michael Fassbender would be a great candidate. He plays young Magneto in the newer X-Men movies and plays a minor role in Inglorious Basterds for those who dont know him by his name.
Spectre was a good movie. Not great, not bad. I'd say it's the third best Craig movie behind Casino Royale and Skyfall, but still leagues better than Quantum. In the end Soectre will be lost somewhere in myriad of Bond movies. It isn't terrible and it isn't fantastic, just a solid Bond movie.
Personally, I think Casino Royale is great because the female protagonist; Skyfall is great because of the villain. Craig is more like a hitman than a secret agent.

The fact that there's part of the OHMSS theme in this trailer automatically makes it the coolest Craig movie. Then again Skyfall and Casino Royale are very good.
Because of how boring the film is, the connection of the previous Craig Bond films that didn't make any sense, and the fact that James Bond didn't kill Christoph Waltz in the end.
@@CoolTomato all of them. Its my favorite of the Daniel Craig ones. Then it's a tie with casino royal and skyfall. Quantum of solace is last. I rewatched them recently and quantum of solace is no where near as bad as I remember it's actually pretty good but still the worst one
SPOILERS SPECTRE was a threat. They were attempting to take control over the secret services of countries all over the world. Plus, I thought the plot was great myself. It showed that all of Daniel Craig's Bond villain were all linked, and that all the happenings in those films were all linked to SPECTRE. Not to mention Oberhauser's relationship with Bond.
My parents read in the newspaper that Daniel said no to the next movie, i am upset about that but i understand and respect his choice. I just wanted to say: If Daniel ever sees this, You are my favourite James, i like it better when you are in the movies. you are a great actor look after you!
Marty The Fallout Guy The Spectre storyline is older than Marvel Comics, we can say probably Winter Soldier is a Rip-off. And Thor is Nordic, not British. Maybe I can agree with the gadgets part on Iron Man, but hey he's got a suit.
Yeah but the script sucked. Ret-conning the Craig era to fit this sub-par excuse for Blofeld. Stealing the twist from Austin Powers 3. Fucking garbage. Bond works far better when he's an incidental player in the story.
@@spenser9908 agreed, I also have to say that making things more "traditional" was this films biggest mistake, even if the script was flawless the whole direction they were taking was flawed by default. What was so great about casino royale was how it modernized the series and found a good balance between the typical secret agent hollywood story and something a bit more realistic. It fitted within that subgenre while also poking fun at some of it's elements, which made everything feel a lot more impactful, including the fact james bond was just another agent trying to survive in the situation he was in, as opposed to having the whole plot be about a supervillain whose plans all revolve around bond. "shaken or stirred?" "do I look like I give a damn?" I felt like these more traditional elements were alright in skyfall though as that film was also a celebration of the series as a whole coming out in its 50th birthday
Lmao best movie ever? Have you seen Terminator 2? Lol you have the worst opinion ever you British boy. British people suck at using guns XD can't believe you said this is the best movie ever, you obviously haven't seen a lot of movies... Wow dude... And next time, leave "this is my opinion, I know it's dumb too" -_-
+Hennesy Hamann wtf is m9 and well you haven't seen a lot of movies because this movie really sucks and even if you think it's good it's not the best movie ever -_- Terminator beats this movie by a million times and dude this is a gun movie and who doesn't like gun movies?!?!?!?!?! Wow you are some little kid
i saw Terminator and i think they bypassed the budget by MILLIONS, and if you dont know m9 that means you didnt open the internet since a looooong time
the last movie of Daniel Craig. I cant believe he won't be a James Bond anymore.. no please. I really enjoyed him, every little evil smile, every laugh and ...everything. Why cant they bring him back as a James Bond? he was THE BEST. fuck now we have Tom. why.
Many liked Skyfall better than Spectre and I find myself hard pressed to choose the better of the two myself. I love them both really for different reasons (and some of them the same). I love how they gave Blofeld and Bond a history together - and how this vindictive, jealous hatred developed into a psychosis in Blofeld. He like Bond, was attracted to power - for opposite moral sides of course. I also like how Blofeld followed Bond's career and was the force behind all of these other opponents - and becomes the central antagonist, the primary character that embodies all that Bond fights against. I'm also intrigued with how the idea of the Double-0 division is increasingly seen as obsolete in favor of more techno-sophisticated means of espionage - they did this famously in Skyfall as well (a very relevant topic in today's world where electronic surveillance of the world's governments upon their respective citizens becomes more invasive and controversial)- I loved M and her speech at the hearing in that film! I also happen to like Ralph Fiennes as the new M - he is perfect for the role, not that his predecessor didn't embody that role supremely either - she was magnificent! Both films have a sinuous, velvety texture in their scenes and locations, with awesome sound tracks to boot, and a great cast. I was extremely pleased with Moneypenny in both films and with a male M, Moneypenny and a Bond that is among the best to take that role, to me it feels like more of a traditional Bond (excluding the idea that in these last two films, he's had to operate outside the usual parameters - but that is so often the case with secret agents and their conduct regarding espionage). Bond today is far more gritty and rough hewn than the older versions which, while they were entertaining, seemed a bit too polished, too perfect, well nigh iconic rather than realistic. Nevertheless - Bond is such a great character - I think that if he was born in the medieval times, he would have been a knight - he has the fiber for it.
I hate the fact that they've made bond an outlaw in the last 3 movies. Why can't I just have another a nice sarcastic and serious movie like Casino Royale instead of these dreadfully monotonous, serious movies that feel like generic action movies
+TheCephalon He was an outlaw in Quantom but Skyfall? It starts with him on a mission the MI6 sent him on. After he gets shot he comes back and trains in order to continue, and M *willingly* sends him out on the mission. He didn't go against anyone's authority like he did in Quantom, so he wasn't an outlaw. Doesn't seem like he is in this one either.
Hey, they gave him a car with flame-throwers. And they resurrected the most ICONIC villain in the franchise. Let's give the movie-makers a little more credit
it's been a while since I've enjoyed a movie this much. very well directed. the scenes blend together flawlessly. No cheesy usual pg-13 American bullshit. very well done.
Notice how, to confuse the viewer, they got Andrew Scott to say Blofelds line 'You came across me so many times yet you never saw me' in the trailer but Blofeld says it in the movie....sneaky!
Craig recently expressed interest in retiring his role as Bond in a recent interview with Variety magazine, saying that he's not sure if he'll be back for another film after this one. Since then, many other actors have been brought up as a possible replacement for Craig, including Michael Fassbender, Henry Cavill, Idris Elba, and Tom Hardy. Myself personally, I'd like to see Fassbender take a crack at it. Elba is too rough around the edges to play someone like Bond and I don't know enough about Hardy to even consider him. Cavill has been criticized by many as being too "wooden" of an actor for such a role.
Darryl Ruiz I agree with you. I just hope that Blofeld won't confess to Bond that he is his "half brother" just like how the original script leak suggested. Such a confession would be a travesty to the Bond series, in my opinion. However, being that such a leak occurred in the first place, I trust that the writers have changed that.
+Josh McDonald Fassbender would be a good choice or maybe cavil , I like tom hardy but I could see more a the villain for a James bond movie same for Elba. Cavil is pretty much tied to superman now so maybe he would not get the role of James bond!
YK Gaming Sticking with someone who is British for the role of Bond would stay true to Fleming's description of the character. Although it is well known that Connery and Brosnan are a couple of former Bond actors that aren't British. Connery is Scottish and Brosnan is Irish. Despite this, both actors seemed to fit right in with the role. After Craig's contract is up, they could either go with another British actor or possibly look outside the box by going with someone who is of another nationality. They've done it before, and I can honestly see them doing it again.
For people complain that he didn't kill the guy at the end need to do their homework. Casino royal(remember in this he was promoted to 007 status) up until this movie was sorta a prequel to "James Bond" set before Dr No(the first movie). The "baddie" with the busted eye in Spectre is meant to be the guy with the eye patch and the fluffy cat in earlier bond films. It's a messy timeline but it makes sense of you are a fan
Pretty good film, shitty trailer: GIVE IT A CHANCE. You might be suprised. Also don't listen to the reviews, yes the trailer is shit but its pretty good
"it has classic bond feel. Bond is Bond not Jason Bourne." James Bond comes from a novel series; he doesn't originate from the campy movies people know. *derp* I'm sure it'll be more 'gadgety' or 'jokey' but not like the old ones.
Waltz is almost certainly playing him. There are pictures of him filming with motion capture dots on his face in the shape of the famous scar... So... Yeah.
+Ariel Grushka Don't worry, they will do a better job next time with the next Bond movie. They were trying their best, to make this Bond movie the best as they can, but it didn't seem to live up to being successful as it can, but they did their best.
Awesome Bond movie, wasn't even a tad bit dissappointed with it! I think Craig should stay as the Bond for more movies to come, he's darn good at it! :D

I love this trailer for the film. I love the film mostly because of the trailer. How sick that these franchise have an actual orchestra to play the typical trailermusic with The Bond Theme in it?!
i liked Spectre, it's shown some growth in the character from his "beginnings" timeline wise ..rough and tumble and shown to get hurt but always coming back to do what needs to be done.

The fact that there's part of the OHMSS theme in this trailer automatically makes it the coolest Craig movie. Then again Skyfall and Casino Royale are very good.
One of the best bond films I have ever seen.Daniel Craig is an amazing actor.
bond meets moriarty!
The Spider hahahah!
+loaloading I watched this trailer just to get a small glimpse of what he's got out there in the big bad world..
+loaloading I was like "ohh mhmhh mhhmmm cool movie i think i mi-WHATTTHE FUCK IS HE DOING"
+loaloading Bond meets Hans Landa too!
+loaloading
Game of Chess?
I Dont know why people h8ed this, its not that bad, i really like it
Because of how boring the film is, the connection of the previous Craig Bond films that didn't make any sense, and the fact that James Bond didn't kill Christoph Waltz in the end.
@@malenodonaghue9868 this movie was not boring it was the best one
@@hatchell18 how many have you watched?
@@CoolTomato all of them. Its my favorite of the Daniel Craig ones. Then it's a tie with casino royal and skyfall. Quantum of solace is last. I rewatched them recently and quantum of solace is no where near as bad as I remember it's actually pretty good but still the worst one
This movie was amazing
Does anyone feel a like Christopher Waltz was born to be a Bond villan?
This has to be one of the best 007 movies I have ever seen
Can wait for the next James Bond movie
"Bond james bond " saw the movie on 11/8/15 yesss best movie ever
fuck this movie was bad daniel craig was good just the story had no plot. Spectre didnt have any Threat to anyone, it was like a personal matter
SPOILERS
SPECTRE was a threat.
+Kandhu You're stupid! The other James Bonds were total trash with no plot. This was the first good one
Somalia Patriot Come down kiddo, Im obviously not the only one who thinks this, look at the ratings for this movie.
Well that that's what it said in the trailer
+Kandhu hi
1:45
I hear the theme song to On Her Majesty's Secret Service :)
True.
Maybe because Blofeld killed his wife in that movie
Boaaa
Also there are clinic in Alps and Blofeld as the main villain
ehhh i don't know guys. i cant feel anything watching this trailer. to me, casino Royale (2006) is the best of the Daniel Craig era Bond
+Nathan Ramos this was definitely craigs second best after that, much better than skyfall
@Nathan Ramos: I couldn't agree more. that's why I decided not to go to the cinema and wait till it's released to watch at home
Not... Skyfall best Bond era Craig
+Shaniqua Leshawna Jackson I thought Skyfall was better than Spectre.
Casino Royale is probably the best Bond ever. At least top 3.
Just watched this. Y'all won't be disappointed. GREAT movie, definitely worth my time.
I am so sad that this is the last of Daniel Craig playing James Bond. I get into this film because of him. Well done sir, well done!
ive got a surprise for you my friend
this movie was amazing, feel like i wanna be that 007.
saw it in the theater, best shit ever!!! i liked the villian in skyfall a lot better but still an awesome movie regardless
Was that "Moriarty" at 2:15?
ashencharlie2 Good eye!
ashencharlie2 YAAAAAAAASSS
ashencharlie2 Nice Catch...... I didn't even spot that
+ashencharlie2 yes yes.. i got excited.. Moriarty will burn the heart out of bond :P
+ashencharlie2 name is andrew scott
My parents read in the newspaper that Daniel said no to the next movie, i am upset about that but i understand and respect his choice.
I just wanted to say: If Daniel ever sees this, You are my favourite James, i like it better when you are in the movies. you are a great actor look after you!
Now I've seen 80% of the moive THANK YOU
2:15 Moriarty apparently got bored with Sherlock.
hydra?!?! marvel universe crossover!?!?! lol
petrucci15 Spectre, not hydra. Moreover the icon is an Octopus. Please see beyond your Marvel Shit.
petrucci15 Drax the Destroyer i in there too!
+Sumit Bhowmick This rips off Winter Soldier because it is a spy movie and also Iron Man with the gadgets and the part with the British guy like Thor.
Marty The Fallout Guy The Spectre storyline is older than Marvel Comics, we can say probably Winter Soldier is a Rip-off. And Thor is Nordic, not British. Maybe I can agree with the gadgets part on Iron Man, but hey he's got a suit.
Sumit Bhowmick I know, it was a joke.
I think it was a very good Bond movie, because it becomes a little bit more traditional again. (male M, Gadgets, Q...)
"shaken or stirred?"
"do I look like I give a damn?"
I felt like these more traditional elements were alright in skyfall though as that film was also a celebration of the series as a whole coming out in its 50th birthday
I saw the movie, THE BEST MOVIE EVER, I think Daniel Craig is the best for playing James Bond
Lmao best movie ever? Have you seen Terminator 2? Lol you have the worst opinion ever you British boy. British people suck at using guns XD can't believe you said this is the best movie ever, you obviously haven't seen a lot of movies... Wow dude... And next time, leave "this is my opinion, I know it's dumb too" -_-
I'm not a british boy m9, I don't like guns movies but this movie is the best movie I ever saw
Wow you are some little kid
i saw Terminator and i think they bypassed the budget by MILLIONS, and if you dont know m9 that means you didnt open the internet since a looooong time
+Hennesy Hamann Terminator is the best action movie ever (WatchMojo.com) and 5th best (MIB) and Spectre sucks lol
the last movie of Daniel Craig.
Spectre brings back a true Bond movie.
Monica Bellucci is gonna be the best Bond girl...ever.
PalmurcioWorld Even better than Eva Green? It's a tall order!
Thomas Delaney True...but maybe she can be the SECOND best Bond girl xD.
+Thomas Delaney But Eva Green sucked
***** I thought so, but after seeing her in Malena, Le concile de Pierre and Irreversible I proved myself I was wrong. She can act.
+PalmurcioWorld nah.
Truth. The whole anti-heroe is played out. Honestly this movie really dry...
Was that a micro-aggression against the director who happens to be gay?
Father Time
Who cares if hes gay? its 2015
it's been a while since I've enjoyed a movie this much. very well directed. the scenes blend together flawlessly. No cheesy usual pg-13 American bullshit. very well done.
But it was PG-13...
Alan Smithee I know, that's why I said it wasn't the usual PG13 movie.
Aaron Brutus So what made it stand out for you when compared to other recent action films of the same rating?
Alan Smithee suicide squad is a perfect example of an average PG13 action movie in America. I hate them.
Alan, what would you know? You're a dreadful director.
My absolute favourite Daniel Craig Bond film.
But Goldeneye is still my number 1 Bond film.
No defense guys, I'm the only one who loves this movie. Looks like the WOW factor turns very low for the audience.
+Felipe Rico I absolutely love this one too. I think its my favorite so far!
I agree
First Bond film to have M fight head to head with a henchman.
Notice how, to confuse the viewer, they got Andrew Scott to say Blofelds line 'You came across me so many times yet you never saw me' in the trailer but Blofeld says it in the movie....sneaky!
Blofeld says it in this trailer?
I really got into James Bond when Daniel Craig started yet another series of movies in the serious movies category.
Daniel have been the best actor in these movies! Hope so he is staying in this movie
I disagree, Pierce Brosnan is the best thing that ever happened to James Bond movies
Im so hyped for Spectre
+Josh McDonald They said only a British can be a Bond?
actually it has been revealed since then that Daniel is to honour his contract and play bond at least one more time
YK Gaming Sticking with someone who is British for the role of Bond would stay true to Fleming's description of the character.
"0:21 So what's going on", love it - i would love to be a bond villain.
I am the BIGGEST bond fan EVER!!!!🇬🇧🇬🇧
For people complain that he didn't kill the guy at the end need to do their homework. Casino royal(remember in this he was promoted to 007 status) up until this movie was sorta a prequel to "James Bond" set before Dr No(the first movie). The "baddie" with the busted eye in Spectre is meant to be the guy with the eye patch and the fluffy cat in earlier bond films. It's a messy timeline but it makes sense of you are a fan
Daniel Craig is awesome, but new Q hangs out at Starbucks and has Seattle Sounders season tickets.
Lol he looks like he writes for The Verge on his MacBook.
+Cristina D I've seen bits of that Perfume film before. I didn't realize he was the main character.
Pretty good film, shitty trailer: GIVE IT A CHANCE. You might be suprised. Also don't listen to the reviews, yes the trailer is shit but its pretty good
Nah
+pour femme yeah I know this movie sucks

+The amazing akoveable Μην μιλήσουμε για μένα , κορόιδο
+benito franco Shitty trailer? I actually thought the trailer was great. It was the film that was eh. That's just me though.
Mexico City, What where you doing there?
James: barerolling a helicopter
I love Daniel Craig.. Lots of love from Pakistan
1 of the best Bond movies that i've ever seen!
"it has classic bond feel. Bond is Bond not Jason Bourne." James Bond comes from a novel series; he doesn't originate from the campy movies people know. *derp* I'm sure it'll be more 'gadgety' or 'jokey' but not like the old ones.
***** Just like Bourne. See the Bourne novels, started with "The Bourne Identity" that Robert Ludlum wrote in 1980.
And Bond started in the 50s in novels.......
I'm the best agent ever and soldier too ;)
***** You must not read alot. Jason Bourne also comes from a novel series by Robert Ludlum.
Doofus!
And James Bond came first anyway. Take your hurt feelings and go
Batista looks like he will be good in this.
This trailer was a lot better than the movie.
It isn't terrible and it isn't fantastic, just a solid Bond movie... Craig is amazing, have all his movies in my favorite list on boxxy software.
Moriarty, what a shame that people don't liek your bloody movie
I'm assuming Blofeld is going to be in this in some capacity.
Waltz is almost certainly playing him. There are pictures of him filming with motion capture dots on his face in the shape of the famous scar... So... Yeah.
I thought the same, which means the character name listed for him is just a front. If he's Blofeld, he's a great choice.
Maybe. Or "Franz Oberhauser" is just a front name for Blofeld. I can't see how there can be a SPECTRE without Blofeld from the beginning.
Perhaps.
Waltz plays Franz Oberhauser; an old childhood friend of Bond.
casino royal the best
That was the peak of good bond films
Totally agree
Ageed, just watch it actually followed by skyfall, skip quantum of solace...
Yeah men or women
Easy
I'm not sure I liked the movie. I'm a big 007 fan but I'm slightly disappointed by this one :/

Somalia Patriot
I like Cassino Royale and Quantum of Solace. Did you like Spectre!?
+Ariel Grushka Don't worry, they will do a better job next time with the next Bond movie. They were trying their best, to make this Bond movie the best as they can, but it didn't seem to live up to being successful as it can, but they did their best.
+Ariel Grushka bravo
+Ariel Grushka me too gawddammit , an incredible cast of acters , but the script kinda made it...meh
Awesome Bond movie, wasn't even a tad bit dissappointed with it! I think Craig should stay as the Bond for more movies to come, he's darn good at it! :D
spectre is easily one the best movie I watched AND EVER
daniel will rock one more time i m sure

Lind Laura 3 subs. Lmao I have more than that and have no content or beg for promotes
