    Euphorbia Tirucalli!!!
From the Bronx, Zone 5, here. Got a 4in myself! Took a chance online and it's an awesome plant! It's in full sun too, so I get what you mean!!! Mine is still green but with a lot of growth too.

Love this plant!! I’ve got a huge one in the backyard here in Phoenix, AZ. It gets more colorful for me during the cooler months.
Looking forward to watching your next video already!

Actually it's not even a cactus. Related to two different types of plants. It distant cousin is the pointsetta they are in the same class because they are poisonous and they used to creat a white milky substance that can burn your skin and if it get into your eye it can cause temporary to permanent blindness. It is a type of succulent very close cousin to a jade plant aloe vera plant. That's why they do not require a lot of water. It prefers colder climate when it comes to them turning red orange reddish yellow color. In cooler climate. I live in Michigan so they would thrive better here in coloration and ride very well here as long as it doesn't get below a certain temperature do have them in the home I suggest you put them in a cooler area. Because of their toxic secretions if cut when propagation. Wear protective gloves and protective eyewear. Also whatever scissors you use decontaminate them before using them on any other plant. Keep them away from your pets because they are toxic.
