watched your video just to find out that you recommend i 'do my research' on this plant. wow.
I just bought mine at my local Lowe's for 12.95$ has almost mint varigation.
GARCIAS papo!✌️💛😃
*Plant hype...it's the reason that philos in general are dirt cheap starting December of 2023 to now.. I picked up 2 at Kroger for $7 a piece about a month ago and saw one on clearance in the last week for $5.00. Unlike Walmart - which also had them on clearance for $10 - the ones at Kroger had the most striking flashes of gold and even specks of red I've ever seen on a ROF. Moral of the story - unless you're loaded or can way more than afford it...WAIT...I promise you, prices will plummet. I picked up a PPP for $2.00 at Lowes and a White Knight for $1. Both in excellent condition.*
My plumeria is doing great how ever there is some kind of bug or termite thats infesting its leaves covering them with webs of some kind although i dont see the actual bug thats doing it, what should i do?
True. I got 3 now just learning about them so thank you so much for your wisdom 💕
Do you think it could be trained to go up a moss pole?
I did the 50/50 soil mix without any reserch, glad that someone else approves of the method
I LOVE aralias! When I grow them outside in pots, I plant in sand. (Fl)
Looking for purple plumeria
Do not forget the Mlein weed. They grow wild here in the high dessert here in Central Oregon ( Bend Otegon). The Mullein has the super soft fuzzy leaves..it is good for teas..to clear and strengthen the lungs.
Cocopeat, cactus mix, potting soil, i add some finely crushed lava rock.. mine is loving the Arizona heat & sunshine! 1/2 day .
This is one of my easiest plants to take care of ❤
Thanks for this! I live in Japan and just ordered a cutting, I’m hoping that I’ll have good luck since I’ve seen these plants thriving in shady spots all over my area. Thanks for the advice!!
You have a beautiful plant
I got a golden crocodile from a local coffee shop about a year ago, $20. Best plant find yet it’s my baby. It’s tripled in size since then and I love watching its pinkish orange leaves pop out and uncurl. I love these things so much. My Home Depot has ring of fire right now for $20… might have to go scoop one up
what do you spray with when bringing them in??
Is this same as Tri Colour Ginger? I want to plant mine in ground. I live in houston. Super hot. Filtered evening sun.
Do you still have it? And do you know anything about the flowering?
in a terracota pot ?? I thought they loved moist soil ?
Just bought one from Lowe’s off the clearance rack for two dollars. I was curious on how to take care of it your video help me out a lot. I’m so happy that it’s low maintenance.
That one I call a silver bay or crystal bay aglaonema. The Evergreen is another one that gets tall like that but has skinnier and darker variagation. The small one with the pinkish reddish edges pink stems that you see is called the red Siam or Siam Aurora. Those are the three most popular aglaonemas. The only problem I have with these plants is giving them too much light they could get wrinkly wilty or fade or burn from direct sun.
If i cut the top off to propagate it, will the parent plant continue to grow?
What type of soil should you use for this plant
I got mine for 5 dollars
? Obtipan bicolor
I bought one today . I hope it will survive in my household. Not too many plants are happy in my house. But , my plants outside always growing well and happy . Thanks ❤for advices .
My mom always said she had a “black thumb” but she’s kept this same plant alive for years!! I believe in you!!!
Thank you so much I really really enjoyed watching you talk about the Stromanthe Triostar. I love 🧡 this plant and I have one of these. I’ve subscribed and given you a thumbs up too
I love mine. I just bottom water when it looks droopy
Mine almost died bc it’s so low maintenance I forgot about it lol
I love mine. Takes a long time to unfurl!🤨 3 weeks and still curled!
😮❤
They grow 12 - 15 inches per year in the garden.
Flouride is no good for anyone
Thanks , I just bought one today.
Thank God I didn't have to pay $75 US for this plant...I paid the equivalent of 13USD for the Milky Way plant at Robbie's Blooms & Balloons in Kingston, Jamaica.
Cool
I got the same plant and it’s been flawless so far.hopefully it stays like this.I love my amate plant.
I totally agree. Fast draining soil, periodically soak pot (terra cotta is best). I find it brittle so I have to be careful not to break it. I see it in the shelf and let her fo
Thank you ❤
Thank you for this video. Very cool!
Gorgeous! Where did you find such a large plant? I'd like to get one but have only come across smallish ones. Thanks!
I've had 2 of these that are now gone.. Currently on my third one. Third times the charm!
“Not liking you” lol. I had mine outside all winter and sometimes in 20° weather and ferocious wind and I finally just brought it in after all of that that it went through. Not sure what to do now. Probably keep it inside, let it breathe a sigh of relief and then put it back out on the shaded porch come April. Good video thank you!
you totally had me at "pucker up Buttercup", best introduction to any RUclips video ever! have just been given a tiny mistletoe ficus so looking forward to seeing it develop.
I have own my Alii for maybe two years now. I have notice lately that it has started dropping it leaves. It has not drop leaves like this before. Your Alii is beautiful.
I have this plant in my bathroom and I didn't know that it is a kalanchoe( only survivor of a bunch of succulents I bought last summer)😬. Thanks for your video.
I have been searching for the name today and came upon your video. We have it here in Trinidad, W.I. (Sun almost every day). It is like a natural hedge. It grows about 7 to 8 ft, a taxonomic tree. All we need to do is trim it. Some are yellow to lemon green, while others like the color you have. I thought the yellow meant it needed water. But it is resilient during the dry season. It takes the full sun. There is no need to water it except during the two-week dry spell that we have. The recent changing climate might mean watering once a week if there is no drizzle. I believe it has adapted to the environment hence the beautiful bright yellow and speedy growth.
Hi, thanks for the information.. I have one arriving soon. Any updates on yours?
brown leaf
I just want to say that I truly enjoy your plant videos. They're short and to the point as well as informative. And this video on the Silver Bay aglaonema is one of the reasons I purchased one. She's doing fine (her name is Onema) and I just love her. This is a really beautiful plant - she's not fussy, mine doesn't care for bright light at all - she's growing profusely! I think it's time to repot. This is really a stunning plant. I don't think anyone can go wrong. Thanks again!
