I can get all the way until it gets to the passwords page, it just sits at the blue bar, it won’t move on to the passwords page. If I refresh it, I get to a page that asks me to log in (I haven’t set a password yet). Help please

Hi Wonder City TV! Our SnapINverter series are not hybrid inverters, so they are not compatible with a battery. Our hybrid inverters are the GEN24 Plus series from 3.0 to 10.0 kW. Best regards, your Fronius Social Media Team

I am stuck with app it is asking for the serviced password promting for old password and set new password!!! Dont know what is the old password, so unable to go any furhther. How to resolve this?

@@FroniusSolar Yes I am in Melbourne/Australia, I did email the issue but got a reply to contact the installer, but installer company has not come back to me yet. Waiting for their response. Since one year this problem is there takes too much time as no one takes responsibility!!!!

Does this apply to other Fronius inverter models such as Symo 6.0-3-M? And any wifi module add-on needed?

Hello team, How do I get to change the password while reaching at admin user page setup
The connection is very sensitive. I have the modem 2m away but it wont climb above one bar. I presume thats why it refuses to connect. Why so fussy?
When I enter the IP address it asks for a username and password. I have tried it on my laptop and on my phone. What should I do?
