Yess I’ve been waiting for the reunion
The brown color conditioner will wash out, it just added pigment to the outside of the hair shaft. You can use a clarifying shampoo to help rinse it out faster. You should be using a purple shampoo and conditioner with blond hair, it keeps your hair from turning too brassy. But don't worry your highlights are still there, and they still show again once all the brown pigment has washed out.
