All of these videos were handled very well and they came from different parts of the country but ALL of the LEOs behaved in a similar way by requesting identification when they did not observe any criminal activity. This is a major failure of government and people have been injured and killed for non-compliance by misbehaving LEOs. Criminal justice reform is needed ASAP and our political leaders should be addressing this but law enforcement is a government function so I see why politicians are slow to act.

In live in a European country and the police here only intervene when they absolutely know that there is a real suspicion. I give and example. A neighbor of mine that owns a flower shop saw a man walking in front of her store more than 5 times in a period of 5 minutes, and looking in side. She phoned the cops, and the cops asked her: what do you wants us to do!? Did he go in your store and robbed you? Did he made any threats to you? If no, than we can't talk to someone that is walking up and down a road, as many times he wants.
After invoking the 5th amendment you need to make a verbal threat of arrest on grounds of harassment. "Continue this encounter and it will be considered criminal harassment. Walk away from me immediately. This is your final warning". If the ass doesn't immediately start walking away, if he wants to get one more fucking word in with his legs planted, it's time to effect a citizen's arrest. Inform them they are under arrest, they are not free to go, if they touch their gun or attempt to use violence force can be used on them.

After invoking the 5th amendment you need to make a verbal threat of arrest on grounds of harassment. "Continue this encounter and it will be considered criminal harassment. Walk away from me immediately. This is your final warning".
