@SANDMAN6849 Yup, years ago, I saw an elderly gentleman filming in a post office, obese female employee barreled up to him and asked him he was recording. He looked up at her and said, "One, because it's both lawful and legal, which you should know, and it's also posted on Poster 7 on the wall there, and, two, because I FEEL like it." They actually closed the post office early to "be rid of him." Unbelievable...

@@tubeerv Many 1st Amendment audit YT channels have content of post offices and other government agencies closing the office early, usually after being told by the cops that it's perfectly legal to take pictures and video there. ✌
@@Ms_Tania How's THIS for a coincidence? I live in Las Vegas, barely a mile from the largest post office in the state, which happens to be the "Western Hub" for several states. For years I have been mailing certified and registered mail from there, and, for reasons that I won't bore you with, I prefer to use real stamps rather than their "slide thing" that produces a label. AFTER the finish putting on the real stamps and bopping" them with the stamp, I take a picture of the package/letter before they sort it. On Friday night-the office is open 9am to 9pm during weekdays-I went to mail a registered letter and there is a sign under EACH of the 5 customer windows that says, "no photographs once postage is applied." I asked to speak with the supervisor, Tim, whom I've known for years and who, ironically has helped me file complaints against surly employees who whine about having to affix over $30 in postage (for registered with their 4 price increases in as many years) in stamps. He told me that the policy had been implemented just a few weeks ago. I showed him Poster 7: "Photographs for News, Advertising, or Commercial Purposes Photographs for news purposes may be taken in entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums when used for public meetings except where prohibited by official signs or Security Force personnel or other authorized personnel or a federal
court order or rule. Other photographs may be taken only with the permission of the local Postmaster or installation head." The area where the clerks are has a separate and distinct threshold from the rest of the post office, and Tim maintains that it is NOT an "...entrance(s), lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums when used for public meetings" and said that the clerks who had allowed me to take pictures were wrong. I didn't say anything, because, like I said, I've had a good relationship with him for years, but I respectfully disagree. I will be sending something to the Postmaster, pointing out that, again, we have the right to both observe and record our public servants in the course of their duties, not to mention, document our transaction and the way that it is mailed. I can attach the green card beforehand and take a picture of it, but that is not as definitive that I mailed it as doing so after they bop it and put a "zero" label on it (although, admittedly, the tracking number would be visible and will ultimately show that I mailed it).

Ever since audits started they have really highlighted that these people and institutions do not believe they serve the public they truly believe it is the other way around.

I met one back in 2017. I was reported as a suspicious individual, she handed me her card and said to give her a call if I see anything suspicious and to have a great night, no questions asked...she figured out I was weird before I opened my mouth

Stupidity by so many of those who are suppose to protect us in our state goes on forever and ever. In the real world, these people would have their position terminated.
I may have watched a different video, but from my perspective, the two police officers were attempting to defuse the situation. They both conducted themselves in a professional manner. While the female officer could have initially shown more restraint, she appeared to grasp the purpose of the audit as the interaction progressed. I commend you for addressing the security guard's behavior, and I hope they gain a better understanding of the Constitution and our First Amendment rights in the future.

This is what happens after just six months of training and no further EDUCATION OF THE FIVE ELEMENTS OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT. For most of these cops, after the swearing in, the Bill of Rights is no longer relevant. Another thing that keeps popping up is that these cops don't know the difference between the PUBLIC nor PRIVATE PROPERTY LAWS. 😐 The police academy training is the problem.

You should know if they dialed 911 the cops must show up. I'm pretty damn sure if you dial 911 and then call them again to cancel service they'll still show up regardless.
When these public servants graduate from their 6mos of training they need to be certified on the constitution and law they took an oath to. When they infringe on the constitution or law they will lose their qualified immunity and be fined personally. Public government building need to have a copy of the "Bill of Rights" on the wall to remind them of their job.
