मुझे पूरा विश्वास है कि आज अगर दाऊद इब्राहिम का केस कोर्ट में चले तो वो वह हर आरोप से बाईज्जत बरी हो जायेगा।। 🙄🙄🙄🙄 क्योंकि भारत का न्याय व्यवस्था आरोपी, अपराधी को ज्यादा मौका व सहूलियत देता है।
Presumption of innocence is a rule in Indian criminal jurisprudence that's whys every one is innocent until proven guilty moreover the no of fake cases are 80 % so if we don't defend the so called accused it would be more unjust .there is a legal concept that 100 wrong doers can be aquited but no innocent person should be punished.howere the competence of advocate is nothing if prosecution has a water tight case I have seen it personally.
