Thank you for your reaction....this song is so beautiful but so sad...Not only is it for the Sewol Ferry Tragedy...but also uses it to let ARMY know that they miss us.. RM on a resent Vlive live stream said that he missed ARMY so much that he couldn't even listen to SPRING DAY without crying....a couple weeks later we learned the reason why he was listening to it....they had been practicing it and recording the performance for the DEAR CLASS OF 2020 and for their live stream concert they did on June 14th.... BTS has not been able to see ARMY since early Feb... ARMY couldn't even be with them as they did their comeback show for MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 on Feb 21

Ya I’m glad u finally reacted to this I think I had mentioned before kinda what this about. But ya BTS was also one first to contribute to all families but did it quietly because of the backlash which they were looked down upon after was found out BTS contributed idky I’m glad they did that who they are. But this song I cry every time I hear it. U should watch live versions on the music shows w this it’s amazing. So sad all this kids died because stupidness of damn captain I think she committed suicide because of it also he was arrested with others that left ferry. Idk just so sad. This why I tell u guys please watch from RUN and in order after that u wont get the messages given by BTS if u don’t there are some deep ones this one of them for sure stay safe healthy guys luv y’all luv ur reactions

ARMY calls this song the Queen of the Charts, because it has never left the charts, since it dropped. Yoongi, on the other hand, referred to it as a zombie that never dies, lol. BTS took a HUGE risk with this song and MV. The Korean government actually forbid people talking about the Sewol tragedy, as I understand it, and BTS could have been in a LOT of trouble for making this song and MV. They have never confirmed that it's actually about the tragedy and have said that they don't want to lock it in to that interpretation. They'd rather the listeners interpret it in their own ways. Still, the explanation makes it pretty clear that it's almost certainly about the tragedy. BTS has been criticizing government and society issues since their debut. It's not really surprising that they would risk their careers like this, but they also accomplished the one thing that the survivors wanted. Because of this song, the tragedy and the lost souls will not be forgotten.

This song saved my life, I've always said it . I am an Army since August 2013, in 2016 I lost my little sister. And she was my best friend and soulmate. After that I fell into a hole of sadness and self-destruction. And in my darkest moment, they released this song.I cried for everything it had contained for months, and after that I was able to start rebuilding my spirit. Now every time I listen to it it fills me with peace, because I learned that no season lasts even forever ... 💜
this is why we stan BTS..they can make us cry and laugh anytime of the day
Thank you for watching this video. 325 highschool students were on board. 75 students only survive but 250 students were not. Vice principal of highschool was survive but he committed suicide 😢. BTS members privately donation to family members but January 2017 media found out. Thank you for K-ARMYs they did donation too in 2014.

Thank you for taking the time to watch and understand Spring Day. This song was for those students that perished, those that survived and for families/friends that loved their loved one on that horrific day. This song is absolutely beautiful, sad, and painful...yet healing. encouraging and giving hope by honoring all those that have passed.

It's ok,we know how it feels,I have lost my friend due to an road accident 5 years ago but I still miss him,that empty space never seems to be filled...

I've watched this a million times and always cry. The ferry incident is one of the saddest tragedies I've ever heard about, and BTS honors them so beautifully. RM even said Spring Day is the song you show to any bts hater to make them understand. Great reaction 💜

When I first saw BTS blood sweat & tears back in 2016,I wasn't that addicted,I just found them hot but then I listened to this song,it was the first song in my life to make me cry,then I thought there was something wrong with this song or the band themselves,I fell deep in the hole,after 1 year I watched the meaning of this song then I mentally breakdown even more

This song will always hold such a special place in my heart. I've actually watched a couple of videos on youtube from students who were on the ferry and it is very chilling as you can hear someone over the loud speaker telling the passengers to stay in their cabins. It's so heartbreaking.

I’m so glad your friend told you the level of how heavy that tragedy was.... the video doesn’t say but it was horrifically handled and there’s literally footage of the people waiting watching the ferry sink... the coast guard just watching it for hours sink.... there things about it online and I hope people watch and understand how bad it was. They pretended to do things once the ferry sunk to please the President that you can hear them asking how hard it is to see kids in life jackets in the water... but they weren’t in the water outside the ferry... they were trapped waiting for an answer that never came. The kids called their parents as water started to fill their rooms and they still stayed and waited bc in Korea you do as your told. Seeing the videos the kids were making is infuriating... they had no chance... the vice principal of the school killed themselves after this. Also the Korean coast guard were so poorly trained that they said they couldn’t go down and get the bodies from the ferry... their equipment wasn’t good enough or in good shape so they didn’t do anything ... just left it there. Civilian divers searched for weeks non stop it was pitch black down there and they had to feel around to find bodies they could get out.... they pulled ad many as they could out until they were ordered to leave the area by the government... leaving all this bodies and the ferry down their. The documentary I watched had some interviews of the civilian divers that helped way back at the time and some interviews were done later... right after that part.... it flashed to the end and one of the divers going to get all those bodies and diving like 10 times more a day than you’re supposed to killed himself bc of this and images he couldn’t get out of his head... it’s disgusting and so heartbreaking... not enough ppl know the real story. Thanks to bts even if it wasn’t the entire point bc these are theories... it doesn’t change the fact that now more people know... thanks to bts and their people.

Hong Kong, the whole generation, we called the "yellow" generation are facing exactly like "Snowpeircer" and "Omelas" situation now. They are loosing freedom now because the gov't wants to take away what they use to have now. Pls also support to free HK and pray for the younger generation of HK.

The obedient Students who were on housed on the lower levels, were ordered to stay put in their assigned Quarters by the repeating PA (Public Announcement). Students had no idea that the ferry was in trouble (sinking), as they filmed themselves, making fun of the angled floors, wondering if they should call their parents to tell them that they loved them, regretted coming to the field trip, looked for available life jackets, some vowed to leave the premises (like going upstairs to another level) for safer grounds, then panic set in as they longer could stand on the rising water floor, electricity went out, they cried and called out for their mothers, as they clutched and held each other knowing they weren't going to make it.
