Oh my. Gangnam Style and Gogo Star are both wildly different genres of music. I wouldn't write off a whole nation of music just because you don't like the two Korean songs you've heard. I like Kpop and mainly Super Junior and Girl's Generation simply these two song are not my style and that is all what this comparison is about, but this doesn't mean I don't like other songs. for me it's the song I like more than the singer or even the music video, still they contribute in sculpturing my opinion
