Hiya, First of all, Happy New Year! May you accomplish all your goals and fulfil all your dreams. Have a many joyful moments and beautiful random encounters on your journey in 2025. I tend to go through a burnout towards the end of year, especially during a busy, hectic Christmas ➡ New Year period, with my Birthday wedged in between. Work, travel, parties and f&f commitments - it’s happening all at once and my daily balanced routine is out of the window. I’m glad holiday season is over and I can go back to my daily routine now. 😅 Luckily, last December, I came across a new, interesting RUclips channel that has helped me to restore a bit of peace and relaxation back to my life - inspiring me to enjoy cooking (again!!!) and getting my appetite back thanks to new flavours of dishes I haven’t tried before. It’s snowing heavily right now, so I cooked carrot, sweet potato and ginger soup to warm me up and spicy Gochujang Beef Bulgogi. Your cute, little biscuits looked delicious. I tend to go through a burnout towards the end of year, especially during a busy, hectic Christmas ➡ New Year period, with my Birthday wedged in between.
Work, travel, parties and f&f commitments - it’s happening all at once and my daily balanced routine is out of the window. I’m glad holiday season is over and I can go back to my daily routine now. 😅
Luckily, last December, I came across a new, interesting RUclips channel that has helped me to restore a bit of peace and relaxation back to my life - inspiring me to enjoy cooking (again!!!) and getting my appetite back thanks to new flavours of dishes I haven’t tried before.
It’s snowing heavily right now, so I cooked carrot, sweet potato and ginger soup to warm me up and spicy Gochujang Beef Bulgogi. Your cute, little biscuits looked delicious.
Your vlogs are little gems full of inspiring, tasty recipes and relaxing, soothing peace, instantly working its magic on my distracted, busy mind. Thank you for that. 😊
