This is a progression technique, a similar technique is used in varshaphal to see the potential of events transpiring in a given year. You cannot just rely on one technique to predict - I usually see at least 3-4 different sources to predict - confluence is essential before coming to a conclusion...

no, dont combine, you will not get the right results. some astrologers do look at D9 moon for transits, I do not.

Anhita, primarily get your facts clear.... One doesnt turn 12, they "Close" 12 and begin 13, like wise one doesnt turn 24, they close 24 and begin 25.... at the end of the of year, you close that age.... and turn on the next age....secondly these rules do not work always, the layer you talk about is called "Justification" not prediction and a good predictive technic is devoid of classification of the whole chart.
Ma'am please make a video on Saturn progression and career. If progressed Saturn reaches 64th Navmansha where Venus is also placed in sixth house in Capricorn then what results can we expect.
