sir i was a bit confused during the application of houses activation technique in bhrigu nandi nadi chart of rg rao . during the 56-57 year part where it was said the native will renovate old house then migrate to a new place u correlated it to mars in 12th house . but according to your technique the 56-57th year should be the 5th house main activation and 10th house sub house activation . 10th house occupied by ketu and looking at 4th house of rahu . the exaltation planet of 10th house which is mars sits in 12th and the owner of the 10th house saturn sits in 7th house exalted with venus in own sign.this inconsistency keeps bugging me a lot and since i am really in the beginning stages of my jyotish journey maybe i have missed some way or a connection to the 12th house activation of house renovation and pilgrimage .on a side note im really inspired and motivated to learn jyotish everytime a video of yours is posted and many videos have greatly expanded my understanding and connection with the nature and energies of the grahas in a subconscious way if not in a fully conscios manner. koti koti pranams.
